Courtney wakes up and checks the time she realizes that she woke up early. She gets dressed and sneaks downstairs and talks to her mother getting her lunch ready for work. “Hey, mom,” Courtney said. “Hey sweety why are you up so early, you don’t wake up for another hour,” her mom said. “I just woke up early,” Courtney said. “Okay, since your dad is going to be here, you don’t have to wake up your siblings,” her mom explained. “Okay, I’m going to my room and probably watch something,” Courtney said. “Okay, see you in the afternoon,” her mom said as walking out the door. Courtney goes back upstairs and go into her room and lay in the bed. She is reading a book when she gets a message from Alex that said, “I know you might not be up but I couldn’t resist. Do you want to go out tonight”. When Courtney read that message her heart stops. She responded with a thumbs up and a blushing emoji. Alex then sends, “I know you’re nervous but I am too. We can experience this together”. Courtney sends back, “Yeah”. Alex responds with, “I’m picking you up at about seven and the location will be a surprise”. Courtney sends, “I will be ready”. Courtney plants her face into her pillow.
