Welcome to the club! I wanted to make Kilscully look visibly Irish; old looking buildings with bright coloured paint, like you'd only find here in the midlands in an old town that has mostly avoided growing out of its history yet. I hope I did a decent job!
IRISHISMS: NIAMH
Niamh is the name of one of our plucky protagonists; the purple-hoodie girl with the messy hair. Her name is pronounced NEEV, and it means Bright or Radiant. Suits her!
COLM
Colm is the other protagonist; our mousy, bespectacled guy on the laptop. His name is pronounced either CAWLM or CUHLM, depending on who you ask. I personally use the latter, but either is fine!
