Gareth calmly walked back to his room and when he got there he pulled out the two fragments of the blood diamond a dark figure walked out of the shadow and greeted him. Gareth asked who this figure was and the figure responded with “ I am the demon you set free my name is Akuma, and might I ask your name?” Gareth stated, “I am Gareth of the royal guard “. Akuma explained the rules of how the wishes work to Gareth. You can not wish for more wishes, you can’t wish to bring someone back to life, and lastly, your soul will be mine when you die. With that said, Gareth made his first wish “I want to become king” Akuma accepted and said,” you have two wishes left”. Gareth then asked for the kingdom to stay forever wealthy and Akuma accepted. “Last wish” Akuma states and Gareth asked, “I want to know what my parents looked like''. Akuma magically had a photo of the king and queen. Gareth said they were the wrong people. Akuma then stated, “ I am a magical demon and you say I am wrong”. It took a while for it to sink in but when it did Gareth fell to the floor.

When the king and queen were younger they had a baby. When the baby was a year old he was taken from William and Charlotte and they could never find him that is why they tried to use the blood diamond to find him but it was a failure. They became cold to their kingdom and made them surfer. As the years went by the king and queen started to resent each other, there was only hatred in the kingdom.

A couple of days went by and the guards found Kay’s body and they started to question the maids in the castle. It was a slow start but eventually one of the maids confessed to seeing Gareth coming out of Kay’s room. After that Gareth was going to be thrown in the dungeon but he was already made king.no body could do anything to stop him but they didn't have to. Slowly Gareth started to lose his mind. The thought of him killing his parents and best friend and him being alone was too much to handle.

King Gareth fell into a dark time along with the rest of the castle. He eventually couldn't take it and stepped down as king and was put in the dungeon for the crimes he had committed. He was locked away for his execution that was scheduled for two months later. During this time he started to talk to himself and he would make up stories and claim they were his memories. Then he started to laugh at non-existent objects in the room. Or that's what the guards thought, he was actually laughing at Akuma in the shadows. One day Gareth started talking, He was looking at the corner of the room and said “I will never tell you where the dagger and blood diamond are” then he laughed hysterically. Akuma came out of the shadows and the guards were surprised and then quickly drew their swords. Akuma and Gareth vanished in an instant and the guards alerted the rest of the castle that the prisoner had escaped. There was a search party put together and they looked for hours but they weren't able to find Gareth or the other unknown person.
