These hybrids; Cephoids, live subjugated lives at the hands of their human rulers, or as outcasts beyond the city walls.
Vince crosses paths with one such outcast – Dallas, an enigmatic Cephoid bounty hunter who might just have the answers he's looking for – but he won’t give them up so easily.
