NOTES:
-Hop's Eevee's name is Vee! He will be namedropped at some point (throws script in the trash)
-The first patch of the Wild Area is basically the only part of the entire area that's open to non trainers because the Pokemon are so low-leveled and nonconfreatational. Unfortunately for a certain protagonist, a grumpy strong Onix decided to take a nap there!
-Fourth catch! Shamrock the Oddish, who was a very welcomed member as I didn't have a grass nor poison type yet! And looks like he and Harper are familiar with each other.... maybe that'll be elaborated on next page haha just kidding... unless?
-The Drifloon was my encounter for a section of the Wild Area, but Laurie friggin killed it with a crit qwq
-How did I get a level 18 Thievul before a level 16 Drizzile? Well, the answer's kinda embarrassing. The NPCs in Motostoke and after are all low level 10s, but I wanted to grind the team up to around level 15 or so, just to be safe. Martin was the last to be trained because he didn't have many advantages against the wild Pokemon that were spawning around the areas closest to Motostoke, and I was bored and wanted to move on, so I figured slapping some exp candy onto him would get him up to level with the rest of the team. I vastly underrated how much exp was in those candies, and he shot up all the way to level 19. Whoops. But hey, first evolution achieved! Fancy french fox is now Big fancy french fox, and I banned myself from using exp candies from max raids for the remainder of the run XP
-Pokemon that evolve by leveling up is translated into bursts of adrenaline in-comic (since levels don't really exist here), usually when confronted by a tough opponent.
A Pokemon SwSh comic about a boy and his Sobble, who dreams of becoming the top Gym Leader of the Galar League like his hero. But when he embarks on his journey to accomplish his goals and make memories with his friends, he finds that the long forgotten gods of the region have a different destiny in store for him.
(Nuzcomic based on a nuzlocke playthrough of Pokemon Sword. TW for major character death, mild blood/swearing, and injury typical of nuzcomics.)
