Duke and Elijah walked into Mrs. Frazzle's class as they sat at their table pulling out their textbooks as Rowan came into the classroom "Oh, hello Rowan." Elijah said calmly as he began going over notes with Duke who was clearly relieved from the out in that conversation with Lir. Rowan pouted at the lack of communication between them as he spoke "So I seen Duke giving Lir the go-" Duke glared at him as he spoke very calmly "Not one w-word Rowan." Elijah tilted his head as he patted Duke's shoulder "Do you wanna talk about later? I should be able to talk 5th hour if you don't want to talk during lunch." Duke nodded as he went to grab his water out of his bag as he chuckled "Plus Rowan, We all know you and Zimmerman are definitely a thing." Elijah looked up shocked "Really? I didn't know about that, Congrats!" Rowan's face turned a vivid shade of red as he went to his table hiding his face in his book. Elijah smiled as he looked at Duke "He just can't get over the fact him and Zimmerman kissed at the open house this year." Duke nodded as he made a soft sneezing sound "Someone was just talking about me..." Mrs. Frazzle walked in as she smiled "Are we ready for our quiz?" Duke nodded as he grabbed his paper and pencil as Elijah followed suit.

Lir sighed 'What was Siam going on about, I don't think Duke likes me that way.' He was immediately pulled back into reality by his teacher as he was working on his assignment as he realized he had written Duke's initials on the corner of the paper. He felt his face heat up as he sighed "It's probably nothing, I am most likely just overthinking it. After all, I am pretty sure I am the only gay guy besides Rowan at this school" He whispered to himself as he finished his assignment turning it in to the teacher as he asked calmly "Sir, May I use the bathroom?" The teacher nodded as Lir quickly left the classroom heading to the bathroom as he went to the mirror looking at himself in it as he filled his hands with water splashing his face hoping to get rid of the blush on his face but to no avail. He sighed softly as he dried his face off walking back to his class just as the bell rung. He went to his desk grabbing his book bag and phone as he headed to English.

Duke heard the bell as he stood up looking over as Zimmerman walked in and to Rowan who was grabbing his bag as Duke watched Zimmerman kiss Rowan on the cheek softly before he quickly left the room and headed to the English classroom. Duke turned slightly red as he seen Lir in the hallway but was able to hide it behind his books and folder. He quickly went into the classroom sitting down in his seat as he pulled out his flash drive and computer as he quickly got started on the assignment.

Lir chuckled awkwardly at Duke's horrible attempt at hiding his blush as he walked into the classroom, he went to the table he normally sat at with Siam and Elijah as he thought for a moment "Hey Duke, come sit with us today. We could use your help with our assignment today." Duke nodded as he stood up with his computer and bag as he walked over sitting in the seat next to where Elijah sat. Lir smiled "Once Siam and Elijah get here we can start, but anyway how are you? Has Rowan been causing you anymore trouble?" Duke smiled softly "I have been okay, just was a bit out of it the past few months due to a recent break-up. But yeah, Rowan gave me and Elijah some trouble but nothing we couldn't handle with some well thought out statements." Lir smirked chuckling "Really? Did you get him with Zimmerman, I heard those two are going out, weird right?" Duke shook his head "I don't think it's weird, I think you should love who you wanna love no matter the gender." Lir sat in his seat "Really, well maybe then I cou- no don't worry about that just thinking aloud." Lir looked up seeing Siam and Elijah walking as the two looked at Lir with a look of laughing on their faces. Lir motioned for them to come sit down as they did. "So Duke is g-going to help us with our assignment for this class since none of us know what the hell we are doing on it." Duke nodded "And don't feel afraid to use profanity around me, I am used to it from growing up with Lir's parents for part of my life."

Duke looked up as Ms. Cira, the English teacher walked in smiling "Okay class! First on the agenda is to finish our essay from Monday, after that we will start the assignment for 9-Weeks." Duke sighed softly "More typing I figure." He said under his breath as Rowan smiled "Thanks Ms. Cira, We appreciate your enthusiasm and look forward to your 9-Weeks test." Ms. Cira looked to Duke "And I heard from Coach Grace that the boys will be leaving early Friday. I suspect you will be with them Mr. Alexander? Normally you go with them to state championship games." Duke felt his face warm up slightly as he quickly calmed down "Yes, I will be leaving with the Senior Basketball boys at eleven twenty in the morning on Friday." Ms. Cira nodded as she walked to her desk grabbing some papers "Well for you four I have your 9-Weeks assignment when you finish your current assignment." Duke nodded as he turned back to the other three at the table "Alright, now where are you guys at?" Siam and Elijah grabbed computers and logged in as Lir grabbed himself and Duke a computer as they signed in as well. Siam sighed "I have two more paragraphs to write." Lir smiled softly "I have a paragraph to write, I was just not sure how to write it." Elijah spoke softly "I have 2 more sentences to write, think you can help me finish it off?" Duke nodded "Alright, I'll help Elijah first then I will help Siam and save the best for last I'll help Lir."
