Yes, the whole thing with the creepy car happened to the 16 y.o. me. A jogging girl from my hometown had been kidnapped by a passing car, raped, and murdered just a week before that car approached me. The murderer never got caught. I suspect it might have been the same person.

I live in the city and state #1 in sex trafficing. I live in a relatively safe neighborhood but a girl was kidnapped really close to me and Its not uncommon I get Amber Alerts.
