Getting dressed glancing at the clock on his wall reading twenty minutes before midnight, lighting a cigarette as he walked out the front of his building, booted feet hitting the asphalt heading towards the other side of town. Maybe a walk would help clear his mind of things or at least settle them down for a while. At most tire himself out so he could sleep. Pulling long drags as he walked his surroundings slowly fading out around him.
Just moving on not many distractions out on the street at the moment, most were still in the bars till they closed at two or so in the morning. Pausing just long enough to light a new cigarette before heading on, not stopping till he found himself standing outside of Hunter's hotel. Annoyed with the fact that his legs brought him there, like they had a mind of their own going against him.
The knock at his door pulled Hunter from his shower, knowing he wasn't expecting his mates until the morning but thought maybe one caught an earlier flight. Quickly pulling on his boxer briefs, water still dripped off of him as he walked to the door swinging it open.
Both a little taken back by the other. Hunter personally just didn't expect to be seeing Devin anytime soon after today and Devin wasn't ready to see Hunter unclothed and wet. Watching the little beads of water run down his chest, surprised to not find any ink about his body.
He had virgin skin, Hunter hadn't taken that dive just yet putting something permit on his body. Piercings were something else however he had his nipples done a couple years back, black barbells matching the ring in the center of his bottom lip.
"Are you alone?" Asked Devin, pulling his eyes from his body.
"Yes." Stated Hunter narrowing his gaze stepping back from the door allowing Devin to come in if he wanted too.
Brushing past Hunter in the doorway, waiting just long enough for him to close the door before he turned around pinning Hunter against it, seeing as he liked to do that to him so much.
Devin was slimmer than Hunter but that didn't matter, a smile forming on Hunters lips as Devin did so, more than happy to oblige him. Devin taking the first steps, leaning in pressing his lips to Hunters, shaking from the nerves running through his body having them take over his anxiety winning out.
He could feel Devin's nerves getting the best of him, finding it oddly cute actually, wrapping his hands around Devin's waist pulling at his hips to bring him closer. Running his tongue along his top lip, feeling Devin answer him by parting his lips allowing their tongues to mingle.
Devin didn't know what was happening besides the fact that he liked it very much. This was something he craved for so long. His body moved closer to Hunters wanting to be there close to him. Finger tips running across Hunter's muscular chest, feeling him flex under the touch made Devin smile under the kiss.
The excitement was almost too much for Devin, his body reacting in a positive manner. He kept himself locked away from feeling anything towards anyone and it was all rushing out of him. The light touch of Hunter's hand on his lower back, the warmth of his body, feeling the want and need within him grow.
Hunter was playing it cool, not pushing things any further than what Devin was doing himself, not wanting to take it too far and send Devin running in the other direction. Also keeping his word by having Devin come to him. Playing with the bottom of his shirt for a long moment hinting that he wanted it off, Devin backed up just far enough to give him room to pull it up over his head, breaking the kiss.
He wasn't self conscious about his body but he sure as hell didn't have as much to rave about as Hunter did. His ink was something to admire at another time Hunter taking no time to get his lips back on Devin's flesh, kissing along his neck. Tilting his head to the side enjoying the attention, gasping as Hunter bit down on the slope of his neck, god it felt good. Hunter knew that he could be a bit rough for most people, letting himself get carried away in the moment pleased with Devin's reaction, moving slowly up the side on his neck in search of that sweet spot everyone had.
Devin could feel the blood in his body pulsing faster, his heart racing, biting his bottom lip holding back a groan as Hunter's lips sucked against the sweet spot sending chills down his spine. Hunter making note of that spot for future references. While he kissed along his neck he allowed his hand to venture over his chest, just as he felt Devin's hands venture lower on his.
Devin was feeling daring in the moment, right hand moving down the side of Hunter's chest feeling across his abs, fingertips tracing the V-Shape of his hip. That was the most attractive thing he found on a man, something that always pulled his eye if he wanted it too or not.
Hunter like exploring it was something that could be awkward in a first encounter but right now it didn't feel that away at all. Taking things slow for Devin cause honestly if he had been going at full force he would have stripped Devin down and had him bent over the sofa at this point.
Devin wasn’t thinking about anything but Hunter's body and how he wanted to kiss and taste every inch of him. To have his body touched and needed, to feel wanted and allow himself to be wanted for once in his life. Giving into those feelings he’s tried all of his life to hide away to pretend like they weren’t there. That side of him wasn’t one that ever truly existed till now.
Hunter stirred up everything he thought he had under control. Hunter bit down on Devin’s bottom lip as he felt his hand venture below the waistband of his underwear. The teasing touch caused a rise out of him, the hesitation in Devin’s touch didn’t bother him at all; he knew this was all a first for him allowing him to take things as he wanted.
"Just relax." Hunter spoke up his breathing hitched against Devin's ear.
His words brought all of reality back into view for Devin finally looking at what he was doing and it scared him shit less. This wasn’t okay, he shouldn't have these feelings for Hunter or for any man for that matter, it was wrong.
Unclean. Disgraceful.
This the very moment Hunter regretted saying anything at all, breaking that trance Devin appeared to have been in. Devin backing off, Hunter looking up at him once again avoiding his gaze.
“Do you just want to talk?” Suggested Hunter fingers curling up under his chin making Devin look at him.
He wasn't going to go allow him to go back to avoiding him or his feelings. Not after giving him a taste of what’s really there, a taste of something Hunter desired to have. Devin shook his head no he didn’t know what he wanted to do. Well that was a lie he knew what he wanted and that was Hunter; just the fear and anxiety within him wouldn’t allow that to happen.
Personally Hunter felt talking was something Devin needed to do keeping what he was feeling locked up wasn’t good for him. He could see Devin wasn’t ready for even talking at the moment.
“You’re way too hard on yourself you know. There’s nothing wrong with you or with anything you may feel.”
Hunter placed his hand on Devin’s chest over his heart, “Nothing. No matter what one has told you or done.”
Again Hunter seemed to know what he was thinking. Being able to see into him like no other. His words felt nice, words he’s always wanted to hear but now that he has Devin couldn’t allow himself to believe them.
“How can you do that? Just know?” Questioned Devin pulling away from Hunter moving over to the sofa falling back on to it.
“It really pisses me off but also makes me want to give in.”
Hunter somehow able to read him like that made him feel like he was being seen for the first time ever.
Hunter shrugged following Devin over to the sofa sitting next to him leaving a good amount of space, “Would it be fucked up to say I have an eye for pain and suffering.” He paused, “Also I’ve been where you are now. Feeling the same things you're feeling thinking the same if not worse.”
He was being honest for a long while Hunter hated himself; tried to pretend much like Devin was doing acting as if all was well when he was fighting a constant battle within. Till one day he finally said fuck it all and started to be himself; his complete self.
Thanking his love for music everyday because if he didn’t have that in his life he wasn’t sure if he’d even be here today. That’s what made him worry about Devin, wondering what he had to keep him grounded.
“Is it fucked up that I don’t want anyone to see the real me, so afraid . . .”
Devin’s voice was low, not wanting to really ask and not expecting an answer looking over at Hunter finding his silver eyes fixed on him.
“No.” He replied letting his fingers grace through Devin’s hair, “Fear and self hate are big demons to fight but if it counts for anything I rather like the real you.”
Oddly enough this caused Devin to smile, someone liked the real him.
