Happy World Mental Health Day. I figured to write about what I know most.
I figured this may also help out people with understanding Deebee a bit more.
If you're out there and you're suspecting you may be a system: Ask your doctor and explain your symptoms to them. They can further assist you. I cannot in good faith be telling people what "is" and "is not" DID/OSDD.
If you have further questions, I'll be happy to answer.
NOTE: the age of when DID can and cannot form is fuzzy. Some will say before 10. Some will say at or before 5. An extra factor I forgot to add is for DID to form, there needs to be a lack of a caregiver to "soothe" the child and eventually teach the child how to "self soothe".
I'll edit this and add more when I can remember what else I wanted to add. Stay safe out there! You are loved.
