After Akuma and Gareth diapered they reappeared in the tomb that the blood diamond and dagger were buried in. Akuma then asked again in an angry voice “where is the blood diamond and crimson dagger”, Gareth chuckled but did not answer. After a long silence, Gareth said “I put them somewhere but I don't remember” then fell to the ground and started to laugh. Akuma gave up on any chance of getting an answer from Gareth so he took him back to the castle and left him at the front gates. Akuma then left to find the blood diamond and dagger to set himself free.

then the guards found him. They threw him in the dungeon to wait for his execution the next day. He sat on the floor and looked at the walls in the cold pitch black of the night. The next day the guard came for him. They put the chain on Gareth then they walked him to the execution site. When they got there Gareth looked around it was a vast dusty plane he then took a big gulp as he looked up at the guillotine. he looked up at the sharp steel blade that would pierce his skin and bone moments later. The guard locked him to the contraption he felt the weight of the restraints. The guard started to count down 5...4...3...2...1 the blade dropped but it hit nothing, Gareth was gone once again.

The guards started looking for him and found him in Kay’s room. Gareth was sitting on the floor staring at the ceiling begging “Akuma, please take me back I don’t want to live anymore” Akuma then dropped from the ceiling and the guards pulled out the swords and pointed them at him. Akuma spoke in a stern manner “you can’t die until I find the blood diamond and crimson dagger so just tell me where they are ”. The guards charged at Akuma but then they suddenly dropped to the floor, Akuma had snapped their necks with just a look.

After that, he and Gareth disappeared to a dark room Gareth was tied to a chair and could only see a dim light above him. Akuma walked out of the darkness with a small sharp knife and put the blade against Gareth’s bare skin. Akuma applied more pressure to the blade, Gareth started to bleed and screamed but Akuma didn’t stop. He carved a little deeper, Akuma loved hearing Gareth's screams of pain because it reminded him of his time as king of Egypt. Gareth begged for mercy but Akuma cut him more. Gareth finally gave in and said he would tell him where the blood diamond and crimson dagger was. Akuma stopped and asked where they were, Gareth then replied “I buried them with Kay”. Akuma cut the ropes tying Gareth down and pushed him towards the door of the small shack. He then told Gareth “show me where the grave is”. They walked to the grave of the fallen knight and Gareth looked away in shame. Akuma gave Gareth a shovel and said to start digging but Gareth could barely stand because of all the blood he had lost. Reluctantly Gareth started to dig, he didn’t make it very far before he fell to the ground and blacked out. Akuma finished digging after he patched up Gareth not long after that he reached the wooden box with Kay’s name on it. He opened it to find a body and a leather bag containing the diamond and dagger.he then hopped out the grave and dragged Gareth behind him. They got back to the small shack then Akuma pulled out the dagger and diamond

Akuma slit Gareth’s throat and bathed the diamond in the blood. the stench of blood filled the small room fast. The wound quickly healed and Gareth's body faded away; he was now the demon trapped in the diamond. Akuma was free but he was no longer a demon or immortal. His life was shortened but he still wreaked havoc while he could. The next 50 years were full of blood, tears, and sadness. As for the blood diamond and crimson dagger they were locked in the catacombs lost in time and never to be found again.
