Spinel stood in the garden for sometime until she was found either by Rose or the crystal gems, Pearl was with Rose until she was taken to Homeworld at some point near the end of or at the end of the war and couldn't tell the diamonds about Pink because of the order from Pink, cruel and unusual punishment happened afterwards.
