TWO WEEKS LATER

Isaac pov.

My body hurt, I could feel the pain a 100 percent now. It was like the doctor decided to cut off my medication. I try to get out of bed face-planting on the ground.

" nurses... nurse help.. help.." I cried out. Letting out soft chirps for my mom.

I have finally gotten up. I was in one of those hospital gowns. I look around spotting my bag. I grab it and put it on.

I open a door it leads to a bathroom. I rush to the sink my throat burns as it asks for water. I drank greedily.

After awhile of water, I made my way to the door opening it to see a bed so I push the bed out of the way. I gagged at the sight before me, many bead bodies lined the walls. I move forward to see a body that looks to familiar, my doctor.

I walk decide I need to get the hell out of there. I open the door and made my way home. I spotted many dead bodies lying in the grass or road..

I kept walking though. I stop to grab a bike out of someone's yard when I spotted a half body with guts hanging out. It was when the half body started to move when I jump. I ran off leaving the bike. I had to get the hell out of here. I came to our house the windows where blackout and the door were shut I open it and ran it to be met with a gun.

" stop kid, who are you." Male commands.

" my names Isaac Grimes. I live here, where my mom Lorie." I ask.

" Mio get Shane and Lorie now." The man said.

Two minutes later Shane and Lorie rushed forward,

"whats wrong carter." Lorie ask, then her eyes land on me. " Isaac is it you."

" I woken In a hospital room, no one was there, people had bullet holes in their heads, someone killed them." I said " what going on. Why are dead bodies moving."

" All we know is people gotten fevers then died and came back, wanting to RIP off people's flesh. Carter's wife turns and killed their daughter, were u bitten" she asked.

" no, just the bullet wound. " I said " It hurts though I fell off a bike on the way," I said moving the gown to show the wound.

" We have to clean that." Mom said she was training to be a nurse in the baby department wing.

I nodded " how many people are here." I ask

" you make 26, we won't be able to stay in the city much longer. We got a few people on a run, some are getting food while others are getting an RV. Also, we have three looks for a spot outside of town." Mom said.

I follow my mom to a room I instantly new was mine a teenager my age sat on my bed with boys love comic in his hand. My mom new I was gay. She walk in on me kiss a boy at school in a empty classroom. I'm 14, Carl is 17 and she is 30 Now.

I grab the comic book. " why are you going through my things."I growled I hate when people go through my things I always did.

" relaxed kid. " the other male said. " the names Dylan."

" and I don't care now leave." I said.

I watch as the male walk out and my mom started to laugh. " not funny" I grunt. I pulled the shirt over my head and groan in pain. " so my birthday was three days ago. I'm 14 now. "

" Yelp how do you feel pup." Lori ask her son

" dont know stomach feels infected" I grunt

" holy shit you weren't kidding." She said.

I nodded and pulled the bandage off and mom grabbed fresh pads and gauze dressings my side with them. I growled at her when she poke it

" down. quit being aggressive to people " she said " you haven't even present yet and ur already growlin." I nodded and she started to walk away." Pack a pair of clothes and anything you want to kept we leave when they get back. "

I could barely make out " please dont be an omega," from her she muttered it I whimper at the thought I remember mom was sexist to alphas and omegas.

Ah she just cant stop judging me can she. I walk over to my dresser, opening it and getting dress. Pulling on a pair of Jean's and a shirt that said don't bit it. I grab my black combat boots. I grab a jacket and pushed it into the bottom of my bag and grab my new comic book from a week ago and grabe more comics. I walk down the stairs as I spotted him sitting on the couch by hisself. " here you can have them ." I grunt " and sorry I snap at you."

With that I walk to the love seat and sat down and pull out a book.

" Okay you can have these. " I said pointing to comic I threw on the table.

" yeah, how is it that your smaller then me " Dylan said dramatically.

My brother walk in a sit down next to dylan , carl look over to me , he was an alpha like dad.

" guys it's time to leave ." Mom said.

" okay." We said I look over to see a picture of me and my bestfriend keith. I grab it and walk out of my room.

I follow people put side a group of adults where surrounding cars and three Rvs.

" kids age 13 and down go in the first RV, adults drives the cars and trucks, 14 and up rides in the second Rv. The third rv is for supplies.." shane said, shane was dad packmate and best friend also like a brother. Mom had had carl before I was born.

" hey isaac " shane said " how you feeling buddy "

" good ." I said Is all I say to him.

" okay well the rest of the kids ur age are in the first RV go now." Shane said. I nodded and loaded myself up in the second Rv instead of the first one.

I know I will miss keith but I knew he was gone. I walk to the table, carl and Dylan were reading the comics Dylan snatched from my room and a few of the girl where talking in the back on the bigger bed. While on the couch sat 4 teenage boys. One of them I recognized. Shiro , Keith's older brother.

" shiro..." I said hesitant

" Isaac" shiro said look at me .

" where is keith is he alive too." I said hope in my voice. I could see carl walking to me.

" sorry our father turn and bitten keith and keith turn isaac " shiro said.

I was frozen in place . I didn't even know I was crying until carl hug me and shiro whip at my tears. After carl let me go It was shiro turn to hug me , his hugs reminded me of him. I broken down crying hard . I didn't relieze I had shift into my pup form being a wolf-borne, meaning I was born in my second form. I snuggle into my brother and the other alpha needing to feel safe.
