“Ah!”
Creaking noises repeated in a speedy rhythm as muffled whines and groans bounced and echoed off the room’s walls. A louder groan followed short before almost inaudible pants. The bed creaked a bit more and a sniffled moaned grunt from a smaller voice hushed in a pillow as a slick rubber snapping noise finished off the silence.
A fist tangled in matted brown locks yanked and a head snapped back from buried in a pillow. A yelp from the yank and a quivering side sweep over to the person didn’t fall short.
“Well, you finally did a good job after coming back here. Trust me, just a bit more and then I’ll be done with you. But until then, let me keep on loving you more. You are mine.”
The corners of pale pink lips turned invisible as canine’s beared out and growled,” I am not yours! You lost that a long-,” a hard slap cracked over pale skin. It would’ve made a full room of people go silent than a glass shattering could ever.
Cassius leaned down to Erien’s ear level and purred dark as the grip on his hair grew tighter. He smiled before leaning down, lips touching his shoulder before opening and biting down. Erien flipped over and elbowed Cassius in his right eye socket and trampled out of the foregin bedding and gathering for his clothing.
“I told you not to bite.”
“Why not though? Because you don’t want to have a scar of who once controlled all of this? Who made sure you had a well perfect life before you chickened out?”
Pain stung all over as Erien got dressed. His shirt, hoodie, baggy pants all feel suffocating and disgusting on his body. The brunette male didn’t reply to anything the other one kept saying. Only the blinding black and gold of the fucker’s hair blinded any side glances before he left the room.
“You can’t hide from me Erien. Just because you grew up here after you were made to move here doesn’t save you from me knowing every inch of your hiding places. I’ll find you again later. And I’ll maybe even take you along for a ride with me once I have to head out myself.”
The front door slammed to the private hotel suite Cassius was staying in. The beer bottle green eyes were burned too much into his head, making even the slightest blink seem like hell if darkness took over.
“Fuck!” Erien screamed out, his voice cracking from holding back a break down and the filtering of his testosterone balancing out. His idiot ass missed too many days for patches no thanks to Cassius keeping him from leaving the hotel. It had only been a year and half from starting it, but it really was the only thing on his mind anymore. Anything else was only a glaze over if it was a need be.
Eyes were on Erien, some people worried if he was an insane person or if his outburst yell was really needed. The point was, they were all annoyed that he distured their peace as they all moved to their destinations. It didn’t phase him though. He didn’t care. The city was always on the move. Always forgetting in the end. No one cared for long about anything is this hell of a shitspot.

The locks were changed on Erien’s apartment. The landlord wasted no time once Erien explained what happened. To a minimum at least.
His mattress formed around his bare body. Blankets wrapped so tightly around his average body. Average is what everyone called it. Plump with some muscle. But it felt too much to be average to him. Even after starving himself and self-induced vomiting, it wasn’t enough. Soon that ended him up in the hospital and was later diagnosed with Bulimia once before.
Erien teared as the thoughts flooded back in. All those months of finally being able to tie them up and almost kick them to the curb, that fucking asshole cut them free and allowed them to all attack. All at once. Once again.
He noticed this once red marks around his wrists had turned a purplish green yellow now. Many of the bruises had that covered him. The spot where Cassius had gripped had turned to a dull sting if it was touched.
“History. Fuck you. Universe. Fuck you too. I get it. I’m getting all the karma because I deserve it for all I did and have been doing. But I’m trying okay? I’m trying to fix it all and get better at what I can make to get better!”
Silence came in like an elephant. Swollen and heavy. But not as friendly and cute looking. More like a Wendigo. The Wendigo’s screams almost audible if you listen close enough into the silence of the small room.
Small chirping and light pecks from Erien’s bedroom door made him jolt out. He threw his door open to see his cockatoo’s head and picked him up.
“Aitne! Oh my god you are such a strong bird! I’m so sorry. Daddy has been bad to you hasn’t he.” Erien held the bird in his arms protectively, like a parent with their newborn, and carried him to the kitchen. Erien placed Aitne on the counter and got to work on getting his child food.
Tears flooded to Erien’s eyes once again knowing that he would’ve come home to a deceased pet, someone he only trusted in his life. Pets seemed to be the only thing he could trust. Animals in general.
A plate tapped to the counter with berries and small little veggies. Aitne started to attack the food, nudging it and Erien feeding him some to help him slow down.
“I’m so sorry Aitne. Next time, I’m taking you with me when I go anywhere. You can sit in my hood. How does that sound?”
Aitne squawked at him continuing to eat. Erien smiled. A knock at his door interpreted their small reunion.
“Hello?” Erien had hesitated to move from the counter. No answer though.
“Hello? Who’s there?”
Muffled shifting on the other side and a familiar voice replied after. Erien blinked and shuffled over to peek out the peephole. And to his surprise, it was who he thought was outside.
“Mr Salvatore himself. How did you,” An ashy blond man obstructed Erien’s vision. A frown took the shocked look on his face within seconds.
“Oh. Deimos. Of course you would be the reason. I told you to not come to my place anymore!”
“I’ve been worried sick about you! You just ghosted us all! We all have been worried. So open the door now! Unlock this door!”
Erien punched the door, the locks jingling on it making both the male like giants outside jump. Erien growled low,” If I hear one more person tell me what to do...with my things...with anything of mine I swear to gods I’ll…”
Erien choked a bit on the muffled tears that came swelling back. Aitne flew over and landed on his shoulder, squawking at the door. Erien leaned on the door pressing his palm to it. He sniffled shaking his head no no no over and over.
“Can you two go please. Lunar, ignore Deimos please. And don’t come back here either. I don’t want you two back here. I’ll call the cops if you don’t leave.”
Silence on either side was neutral. A sigh on the outside with a small scuffing of shoes turning away. Erien relaxed.
“Come over soon. Either to your work or over to my work. Don’t stay a stranger to anyone too long. Okay?”
Lunar’s voice was too comforting. The words seemed less like a demand but more of a proposition.
“Okay.”
