"you sure you can walk now?" asked Candid after Elian complained he wasn't a baby.

"yes i'm sure!" he yelled kinda embarrassed. Candid then putted him down and the puppet maker stood and walked slowly to the front door.

"come on the church's not far" Elian said more calm and with a small blush across his cheeks as he remembered how he got the pain in his lower area.

Candid followed him, he was making sure to not go faster than his creator. Candid was surprised at all the colors there was in the forest.

at some point Elian was too much in pain so they maked a small pause at a river who's water was bright red.

"so how does the church looks like?" asked Candid.

"i don't actually know, i've only seen it from far away and heard of it by the villagers." Elian responded.

"they say that one day it appeared out of nowhere and that there's a portal to hell in it. it also have been abandoned from day 1 ."

"strange" responded candid.

"yes and the villager believe that the forest is cursed and like i live in it they kinda believe..." Elian slow down his speech and look away.

"that i'm a witch."

"you're not" said Candid.

"well now that i have a talking and moving puppet, i don't think they'll ever be able to think other wise." Elian said starring at Candid.

"heh that's true." he smiled.

"welp time to get moving again" Elian added as he got up and started walking again. Candid started following him again and they're next stop was at the gate of the abandoned church.

"wow" they both let out as they were greet by a giant iron gate. it had two demonic looking gargoyles, they had gems for eyes and long claws and teeth.

even if they were scary, Elian and candid had the courage to go through the gate.

"no wonder they think this place leads to hell" said Elian. but candid wasn't listening and went directly into the graveyard.

"HEY! CANDID ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME??" Elian yelled as he ran after the puppet. candid was like hypnotized and stop at a grave who showed two skeletons fighting with demonic expressions on their face.

Candid stay silent for awhile then looked at Elian.

"sorry... i felt something strong over here..." he said slowly.

"it's fine let's move on" said Elian, taking the puppets hand.

they approached the half collapsed church, the plants there were black and red.

at some places were statues of other skeletons, one of them had both the attribute of angel and demon another one was the grim reaper and ect.

they could feel the statues glaring at them as if they were more than statues.

then as they approached the giant wooden door, loud explosion sound happened.

Elian squeaked out of surprise and Candid freeze.

"w-what was that?" asked Elian. Candid didn't say anything nor move.

sounds echoed through the door, things crashing and heavy things getting shoved to the ground.

Elian jumped when something hit the door, Candid put himself in front of Elian as a groan came from the door.

it then went silent and candid slowly opened the door.

surprisingly there was no one inside the church but there was red and white bones stuck on the walls, ground and even ceiling.

as both Candid and Elian went inside, the air around them became warm. the bones were quite menacing but the feeling the place gave of was "safety".

they looked around and saw that there wasn't any bench, it was like a big doorless corridor and at the end of it was the statue of an angle opening her arms to whoever came.

they approached the statue and Candid froze.

"stay behind me" say Candid turning around. as he was turning around, the door of the church creeked but stopped half way.

"...."

they could feel a presence being behind the door.

"......."

Candid approached the door slowly.

BOOOM-

A giant weird wooden puppet burst out of the wooden door, it was wearing bloody scientist clothes , it had an axe and it was at least twice taller than candid.

Candid teleport in surprised as the axe nearly touched him.

"you had other walking puppet??" ask candid.

"n-no! i've n-never s-seen that one..." Elian responded in fear.

the puppet in front did actually look different than what Elian made.

it wasn't really detailed, it had just a small slice for a mouth, a piece of metal for nose and two painted black circle for eyes.

the puppet then glitches out of there and outside two person faught. they shouted at each other about something call 'aus'.

"i think we should get home, this place seems too dangerous" said candid. Elian nodded in response.

they tried to sneak out bu-

"CAND-" the small puppet maker was impale through the chest as the puppet watched the body of his creator fall to the ground.
