So I when I was going back to correct some errors on this page for upload, I was just staring and staring at the last panel. The colors before hand were pretty flat and lacked depth that would suit a BG focused scene, which at the time I guess I didn't think it looked too bad. So I erased the grass and mountain color layer and redid it in hopes of accomplishing just that. While its certainly a bit of a improvement, is still does lack that depth that I wanted and I think that its mostly a foundational error more than it is on the shoulders of the coloring at this point. I wasn't using grids at this point to assist me with perspective and I think if I redid it now I could get what I'm looking for, but I'm unwilling to do that just for the sake of one panel.
My hard and fast rule when going back to fix things it NEVER do anything that requires redrawing the panel from the ground up. The only things I typically fix are coloring errors, layering errors, missing details (such as Kai's tats.) Just things that are relatively simple to fix and won't take me hours upon hours. Because at that point I might as well just redo the page, huh? :P
