“Halley likes you." Tamara said.

 Lucette flushed and looked over her shoulder at her. "Do you really think so?" 

"Yes." said Tamara. "She keeps staring at you. Do you like her?" 

Lucette blushed. 

"NO!" She said loudly. “We literally just met!”

"You do too, you're blushing!" 

They paused at the Wand Shop and headed inside. 

"Even if she does, she wouldn't ask me out." Lucette said.

 "How do you know?" 

Luckily, the wandmaker came out and handed her a wand because Lucette didn't know.
