Andrea and Victor looked anxious, and I did too. It was such a daring question. I mean, who would risk their lives for some random other kids?
"As long as we have a good plan, I'm in." Andrea replied enthusiastically. "You two seem pretty strong, so we should definitely be able to do this!"
"She has a point, Destiny." Victor exclaimed.
"...I guess you're right." I admitted. "Lets just get it over with."
"So, what about you Owen?" Victor asked. "You in, or not?"
"I-" Owen stuttered. "I guess so... Andrea's right. You guys are pretty strong, so we should be good." Owen was very timid and gentle, but from what had just happened, it was obvious that he was the strongest out of us all. We NEEDED him to succeed.
"Well, we should start planning what we'll do." Andrea said. "We gotta have a good plan to make this work!"
"Ughhh... Can't we do this tomorrow?" I complained.
"Oh, I think I have some tents in my warp zone!" Andrea told us. She then opened a vortex like space, and pulled out three rolled up tents. "These should work, right?"
"Yeah, those look perfect." Owen said. "I think I'm a little sleepy too..."
And just like that, we were a team. This team would impact my life forever, even when we grew apart. They made my life easier. They took my stress off my shoulders. They made me feel at home. Even though then I wanted them all dead for simply existing, my feelings would soon change.
