Lately I’ve felt like life has just punched me in the face and all I wanna do is eat pizza. What do you guys do to relieve stress/anxiety? How do you get out of a slump?

Deal with the source of stress, if I can. If not, I'll have some me time like meditating, put on my good clothes, going to the mall alone and treating myself to a good meal and good time.
