Ivan Skilling solved this cipher, which translates to:
"To build this first thread, four beasts sprang from the maw of nothing. The beast abhorrent (the terror, as most know it) tore nothing in two in order to create a canvas. The beast observant (or the seer) planned the grand new thread in all its twists and turns. The beast congruent (or puppetmaster, if you prefer) wove and twisted the threads out of nothing's body. Finally, the beast conservant (also known as the seraph) made the new thread real and tangible, then placed the unreachable wall between substance and absence."
