Ivan Skilling solved the cipher, translating to:
"Of course, this story is not over. We're living in it now. We know of the things those first mortals made from studying the four. We know of their gate engines, conservant fields and far-eyes. And of course, we know of how the four are far from gone. We know of how they return each time we kill them, born of mortals in another random thread, biding their time until they hatch and carry with them dread and death and fear. Perhaps they want us to return to nothing, and we must fight it. Perhaps this is divine vengeance, and we deserve it. While the past is clear and solid, the future is cloudy and amorphous. The end of this tale is yet to be determined."
