Perspectives from all travellers
Glimmering stars seemed like diamonds as their light shone through the light tree cover. And Addie wondered how in such a terrible situation it was so effortless to ignore the danger and appreciate the hazy lilac skies. It was only when the small child curled into her side jumped in fear that Addie realised that they were not alone anymore. When she finally looked where Lillian's glazed eyes had been directed, she to wished to freeze in fear. The silence that they had all overly enjoyed had been interrupted by the rumbling growls of the large black wolf Infront of them. With glowing eyes, its anger seemed to radiate around the makeshift camp.
The starling and threatening of the wolf jaws soothed only when a large pink tough slid over the pulled back lips that belonged to the hungry-looking creature. Everyone in the camp was very on edge at the arrival of the newest member even Ade who knew that this wolfs anger was not for them. Ade knew that for this wolf his anger could not be controlled, he would not bother controlling it if it simply relived his pain. And it was the cracking of flames that had broken the silence that has shortly fallen.
With fear-stricken eyes, Addie slowly turned her head to Rylee as the stench of burning flesh tainted the air for the second time that evening. With a young girl once again curled into her side, Addie prayed that Rylee would not resort their earlier measures on the wolf. At seeing the impending threat in the teenagers burning spine and the lowering stance held by the snarling wolf Ade decides to step between them hands raised, neck lowered and voice clear.
"enough, Rylee I'm sorry but he's one of us please calm down ill handle this," with rigid bones Rylee allows their flamers to burn out stepping back. Watching carefully until Rylee steps backwards with an almost unnoticeable bow made Ade's heartache. "look I know you're a little out of control right now but we are not your enemy we ended up here the same way you did so pleaser if you hear me please calm down we can talk about this." Ade had seen the gaze of the world falter before he stepped towards him raised hackles.
As a last attempt at sacrifice Ade closed his eyes instinct taking over and leading him into his aura. Feeling his energy surge Ade tilted his head and open his eyes black as night. Even when allowing his life energy to leave him and as he began to shake uncontrollably Ade stood tall and Addie watched saw Ade's shadow left him to be weakened. With an aura that shivered in anticipation in front of the other wondering aura, they were all forced to watch as the aura off Ade forced itself into the wolf.
The wolf rivalled in pain and howled loudly in the darkness a cold wash off fear sticking Addie as she realised this person with black eyes was more dangerous then she had first realised. Ade watched as his aura explored the wolf ripping through the crevasse of his identity and moving within his aura. For Ade, this wolf was exposed clean to him. A fragmented identity now clear as day before his eyes. Ade did not seek to know more about the wolf, so he allowed himself to continue to search deep in the aura until he found a subconscious.
Though Ade had never been in a person's subconscious aura before the sheer darkness of this one still surprised him, and his body shook with fear withering in its soldier's stance. The hands behind his back growing less and less warm. Ade knew that his body could not live without Aura, so he struck one of the most present thoughts his thought of anger. And as his subconscious rages, it loses its battle with the conscious. And Addie had never seen anything like this how the howling angry wolf seemed to calm and left himself be explored or how with a last howl of pain the wolf fell turning into a stark human boy. Rylee saw the rigid soldier fall after the wolf only his eyes returning to their regular colour before they closed once more.
And as they looked at the bodies of the men, they once more found themselves at a loss for answers. Addie lent down to what had just been the wolf and with a gentle touch place her hand onto his cold neck feeling his pulse beating rapidly on her fingers. Slowly standing she registered that the boy's shadow seemed calm and at ease. Walking to the man they had known as Ade she did the same steps only to find that he was much colder and his pulse much slower than the boy. Lowering her head, she sighed carefully before looking back at the star-struck child. Lillina let a tear strike her cheek this boy looked much like her brother was he to die like him as well.
