When nonbinary people (and others) use multiple pronouns, they often don’t get fully affirmed. Cisgneder people usually end up defaulting to (especially) binary ones. This educomic will illustrate the more affirming way to acknowledge people with multiple pronouns.

Did elliot come out specifically as nonbinary? I Know they came out on Twitter as trans and that their pronouns are He/They, but did he specifically say that he is nonbinary? (Since they isn't necessarily just for nonbinary people, like they could be bigender or agender ect. But then again nonbinary is an umbrella term

"But I didn't MEAN to insult you!" This comic is meant to help nonbinary individuals and their friends and family have better relationships.

This is a non-fiction comic that explores real life scenarios that were hurtful to real life nonbinary individuals (scenarios have happened to real people who have submitted them for this project). Chris explains why it was hurtful and how people could have done better to make their nonbinary friends and family feel seen, heard, and affirmed.
