Long ago humans were killed and animals took their place to build a new, balanced society. However nowadays they breed their children and teach them to suppress their animal souls.
Oliver, a recessive cat, was bred so that he doesn't even have a tail! After encountering a dominant rat one night, he decides to resurrect the cat within him. With help from Finn the fox, Betty the rabbit and the rats, Chunk, Metal, and Mac, will Oliver be able to change the fate of his world or end up in the stomach of scavengers?
