He hadn't found the other half of his open house at his high school since that day. There were about six schools with them and it was impossible to find her.
He wasn't sad, it just wasn't the time to meet and unite. He has to wait and he waits. He has no reason to speed things up. Everything will happen as it should.
Months passed and his friends found their other halves. He was the only one of their party friends without her. He didn't feel bad, his friends supported him.
"That'll be fine," the little blonde said with emeralds instead of eyes.
"The universe is just waiting to be of age." His best friend, from kindergarten, David, began to laugh.
Is right. His love is five years younger, it would probably be weird to meet now. She might not feel good, after all, he had already celebrated his eighteenth birthday and is graduating in a year. She's somewhere in eighth grade in elementary school. This is really not the right time yet.
"Plus, then I can give you a lot of advice." His friend winked at him fondly with a big grin on his face.
Now he wanted to punch him. Why are they having fun with that perversion at all? Oh, right. Either David or the little boy who still wears diapers today.
"David, please shut up." He sighed and took a bite of the bread his friend wanted to eat. He growled.
"You always deprive me of what I love the most!" He complained.
Nick rolled his eyes and grunted. "I thought it was Elisa?" He raised an eyebrow at the question. Why does it have to be so dramatic?
David cleared his throat. "I was talking about food, or it's Elisa, of course." He muttered to himself.
The bus they took home stopped and Nick got up. "Then I'm disappearing!" He said goodbye and ran outside. He headed home straight away. He got off for a stop later because of the two.
Now he has to walk even bigger. He groaned and walked lazily.
He didn't pay much attention to the trip, he was already looking forward to bed, because today was really demanding.
And that was a mistake. He collided with a passing boy. They both fell to the ground.
The boy got up faster and helped Nick to his feet.
"I'm sorry!" Nick began immediately, but stopped when he looked at the boy. He was pretty, just handsome. He blinked and tried to say something.
,,It's alright! I should have been careful, too, '' he chuckled, creating dimples in his face. Nick's knees began to tap. What's wrong with him?
"I'm really sorry." He whispered, almost out of breath.
,, Really good! Just be careful. '' He patted him on the back and set off again.
Nick had to slap himself to recover. What the hell was that? It was a boy! And it wasn't even his soulmate- oh wait.
Don't you say his other half is a boy?
God, I like boys!
