You know that sound of heavy rain while in a shop?, yeah that's whats being heard under the herd of buyers out of the store - and the quiet ones in-store. Kohji was back behind the counter and said 'Hi' to some people. In the corner of his eye was Kye, reading the back of a Anime DVD, then placed it on the shelf. "Why does he still look so pissed off?".

Kye shot a evil glare at him in an instant, Neither of the two looked away, it was like a staring competition that no one was aware of - some stopped and stared in complete confusion - and this dragged on for a few minutes until Kye cracked and looked away more angrier than he was to begin with. Kohji was confused that a tough guy with 7 fines that got into a brawl with 2 security guards can't hold eye contact.

Time passed and it was hitting near Kohji's lunch break, This now was the only thing he looked forward to during the day, to sit down outside, and play the PSP he spent forever saving up for, to play Tekken, again.

But alas, he was held up dealing with a demanding mother with 3 little spoiled toddlers running around with melting ice cream everywhere but in their stomachs, wanted back-stock for her elder son. During this time Kye was dealing with 3 teenage boys asking about the new Xbox360, and it was not going too well.

Voices were raised and the whole store was looking over, some trying to ignore and continue shopping. Kohji looked over to see the 3 teenagers starting up in Kye like it was a primary school joke. "Dude, you HAVE to know about the console, you work here!" one laughed.

"I just started work here today, I don't know shit about consoles. Instead of pestering me, ask someone who looks remotely like they give a fuck you little shits" Kye snapped back, it seems like another brawl will break out, based of events from earlier.

"Kye, dude.. you can't talk to the customers like that.." Travis spoke and jogged over from the back room.

"Sorry, what was the last name you mentioned?" Kohji continued with the Lady's request.

Kye looked around and noticed he was being watched by everyone, except for a few including Kohji and the lady.

"He even tried to swing at us too!" one of the teenagers cried wolf, Kye yet again without hesitation, threw a punch dead on the guys face. Some shocked gasps filled the room with the crash of the kid being knocked out and falling to the ground taking some covers off the shelves on the way down. Travis stood back in shock, "holy shit".

Kohji sent the lady on her way with the back-stock of games and calmly looked over, sighed, and walked over.
This is a lot more amusing to him then the usual mind you.

He walked in front of everyone who was taken back and looked down to the kid on the floor with his mates trying to sit him up, "alright, everyone calm the fuck down, it's done and said" he called out, "dude" Travis shot.

Kye stood back, mad, but found it alright someone was on his side. A strange feeling that one.

"We here at HappyGames would like to formally apologize for this mess. As compensation you may pick 3 games or DVDs free of charge- but they have to be twenty dollars or under." Kohji un-enthusiastically announced to the 3 teenagers, who were already yelling, cursing and still trying to play tough.  
"Kohji, the kid's knocked cold" Travis said and stood with him, in shock, "well when he wakes up then, shit. No rush".

They turned to Kye who was looking to the whole situation, "you need to tell Leroy when he gets back dude... what the hell" Travis squeaked out, nervous.

"Yeah, whatever. Asshole thought I tried to swing at'em for not knowing what a box of 360' somethings were. Fucking hell."

Kohji and Travis paused, Kye was confused, then got embarrassed "WHAT?!"

"Box of 360's.... that's cute" Kohji blatantly said, Kye was NOT used to getting spoken to at all, or like this. Not that Kohji meant it the way Kye thought it was - it still set him off to shut down and look away pissed off. Travis attended the teenagers when the fallen kid was waking up, and Kohji was still blankly looking to this mysterious angry guy trying to figure out why people were so scared of him. He was one of those adorable kinda angries - and that's a thought Kohji would never have imagine hit his mind about another male.

"The newest console that's just been dropped is a Xbox...360. It' not a box of  shit." Kohji added to break the silence. "Right-oh. Whatever" Kye muttered back and went to pick up the fallen DVD and games.

"oh, and use your hips next time you swing, you might knock'em out the park" Kohji spurted while walking off. Kye piffed the covers away in complete fluster, "SHUT UP!" he yelled.

Kohji chuckled.

Then immediately stopped in shock, what the fuck was that for.

He looked back at Kye gathering the covers roughly with a shitty face on- who then noticed he was being watched and knocked the stack down by accident - "FUCK!".

While he chucked a fuzz, Kohji was behind the counter again until Travis was ready to take back over for his break and was then thinking about Blair again. She's going to be visiting in 2 more days, what's changed he wondered. Will she still be the same girl he knew, or has she really changed her life all together?.

At least now he has something new to talk about...
