I continued walking, pretending to ignore the people staring at me. I walked into school, Lillian by my side. "You cheeks are red." Lillian whispered into my ear, she giggled. I looked down. "Oh my god, Bree. Don't look up, but Hannah is staring at you, and she looks pissed!" Lillian gawked and pushed my shoulder a bit.
Instinctively I looked up, I couldn't help myself. There was Hannah Smith. I looked her in her eye, she didn't scare me. "Hey Hannah." I looked her up and down and smirked.
"Bree Cohen. What happened to you?" Hannah crossed her arms, she did look really mad.
"I don't know.. I mean something because I look hot and then you." I giggled, "Eh, I dont have time for this." I turned around and walked over to Lillian, "Come on." I said grabbing Lillian's arm and dragging her into the girls bathroom. "Lillian, this was a huge mistake. I dont want to be like Hannah!"
Lillian sighed, "You are not, you were just sticking up for yourself." She hugged me, "Your not like her, I promise." I looked Lillian in the eyes. She pulled me in and kissed me, My eyes widened, then shut. I didn't not like it. I kissed her back.
After what felt like ages our lips separated and we stood there. "Oh my god. Bree! Im so so sorry!" Lillian said covering her face.
I grabbed her hands, pulling them away from her face, "Its not like I.. didn't like it." I said blushing. Lillian looked at me, her eyes watery. I giggled, and kissed her cheek. "I have to go to first period. Ill see you later!"
"Bye." Lillian mumbled, I smiled and walked out of the bathroom. Maybe, just maybe, I wasn't just into guys.
I walked out of my third period classroom. I slid my finger across my lips, thinking about what happened between me and Lillian earlier in the bathroom. I smiled.
"Hey Bree." I turned around, it was Andrew. He smiled, scratching his head.
"Hey Andrew, uh thanks for the message yesterday." I said looking down. It was kind of embarrassing.
"I have been thinking, and I heard how much of a bitch Hannah was being to you and how you stood up to her. I kind of wanted to go out for coffee, just give it a chance." He said, he looked very nervous, it was cute.
I giggled, "Sure Andrew, id love to."
He chuckled, "You look hot Bree." I blushed as I watched him walk away.
"Thanks!" I said, hoping he would hear me. I turned around, now it was time to go find Lillian.
My phone binged, it was a text from Lillian. "Meet me under the bleachers." I read the message quietly. Today was going to be very interesting.
