I got into his car, it was nice. Small, but nice. I smiled. "Cute." I pointed at a picture of a little girl sitting on Andrews lap. "Who is that?"
"Allie, my sister." He smiled when he said her name, it was cute. I looked out the window, and then back at Andrew.
"She's adorable." I cringed as my voice cracked a little.
"Like you-" He cut himself off before he could finish. He stopped at the stop sign turning on his blinker.
"Please finish." I giggled tilting my head as I looked at him.
He looked over at me as he turned, "Your adorable, and pretty.. and I like you." He scratched his head and grabbed my hand. I blushed looking out the window.
We sat down with our coffee's, talking about random things. Laughing, and holding hands. My phone binged, 'Missed phone call from my mom?' I ignored it. Andrew was on his phone laughing as he texted someone. "Who is that?"
"No one!" He smiled.
"Huh, ok.." I looked away. Two tables away from them there was Andrews football buddies. I looked at Andrew, "Whats really going on here?" I pulled my hand away and got up.
He nodded at his friends, I looked over they had all pulled out their phones. I looked back at Andrew, he was holding a coffee, lid off. I gulped, "Andrew?"
"Im sorry.." He whispered, "They wouldn't accept me if i went out with you." Then he dumped the coffee on me, the stemming liquid burned my skin.
"Andrew.." A tear rolled down my cheek, "Ouch.."
His friends all started to laugh.
Big mistake.
