I never believed there would be a world where people with supernatural power exist, and I never would have imagined it would be where I live.

A few months ago

“Wake up Ron? Wake up?”

“Five more minutes, Another Five more minutes.”

“you’re going to be late, wake up Ron”

“Mom is that you, Mom Mom” Ron calls his mom out in sleep.

“Ahh! That was just a dream”

Ron woke up covered in sweat with tears rolling down his cheeks. He got ready for his entrance ceremony and on his way to school he went to visit his mom’s grave.

Ron’s mom was diagnosed with cancer a year ago, it’s been a month since her passing and Ron visits his mom every day. While walking up to his mom’s grave tears rolled down his eyes, Ron while crying started thinking to himself “I Ron now I’m all alone in this world!”

As Ron was crying, an enormous explosion created a pillar of light sorting through the sky. Creating destruction with a big gust of wind, pushing cars, light poles, and people flying. The wind threw Ron towards the near tree, and Ron lost consciousness.

Ahh! why does my lower body hurt so bad.

Did I die? Really, did I?

Why can’t I open my eyes? They feel so heavy.

Sir, can you hear me? Try opening your eyes? Says the mysterious voice.

As Ron felt someone’s gentle thug on His body, slowly He began to hear sounding sounds. Then again, he felt someone’s hand on his body and overheard, “he’s losing conscience, we’re losing him… quickly get him ready for surgery.

After a while, he felt a breeze. He smoothly opened his eyes. He saw nothing it was all a blur at first and then as the burly ness cleared with no darkness left.

“What day is this? Did I oversleep? Ron started wondering what day it is? and did he miss his entrance ceremony? Ron was entering an elite college of medical science called horizon academy to learn and save the lives of people who are suffering from cancer like his mother.

Horizon Academy is an elite college consisting of only rich kids, it’s very hard to find admission to this college. It’s even harder for Ron as he can’t afford this college, but Ron knows a professor here and he has also been Ron’s guardian now since his mother’s death.

Then he remembered what happened to him, He saw a big explosion and a gust of wind threw him into a tree the next thing he remembered he was here.

“I have to get out of here and I have to go to college and explain why I couldn’t make it to the entrance ceremony”

Ron tried to move his legs “Ahh, why does my lower body hurt? And why can’t I move my legs?” He could not lift his head to see why he can’t move his legs and “why can’t I use my hands to lift me?” Ron gets frustrated trying to lift his head.

After so many failed attempts he started staring at the ceiling for a while without knowledge of why he was doing it suddenly a sweet scent of a flower dragged his blank mind away toward the window. he saw a white beautiful flower kept in a vase just away from the window. As the wind rushed through the window, it carried the sweet scent of a flower. The blazing sun touched the white flower through the window and quietly took his mind into a peaceful sleep.

When Ron woke up from his little nap, he started experiencing pain in the lower part of his body “what’s happing why am I feeling so much pain suddenly?” 

As Ron started screaming because of pain a man walked into the room, he had wrinkles all over his face with his white beard and big glasses. He was wearing a white robe and was carrying a cane (to help him walk properly). A young lady also entered the room alongside the man.

“I see you are awake?” said the man with a deep voice, He gave medicine to Ron for the pain and Ron responded with a smile on his face.

“I’m happy to see you smile again, my child,” the man said. Ron responded with a slow voice Mr. Adler, “I’m sorry I missed my entrance ceremony”.

“Don’t worry about that child! we have much to discuss, this is my assistance Ms. Edna. you’re in my care” with a smile Mr. Adler replied.

“Do you remember anything boy?” Mr. Adler asked, “I remember the big explosion and after that, I don’t remember anything much” Ron replied.

Mr. Adler was the person who helped Ron get admission to Horizon academy and he’s Ron’s guardian. Mr. Adler started checking his medical reports and x-rays of Ron and the room filled with silence. “Wow, amazing” Mr. Adler shouted while seeing Ron’s report.

“What a marvelous recovery! I thought I would never see your smiling face again, your recovery rate is amazing Ron!” Mr. Adler was admiring Ron’s recovery rate as he was looking into his reports, Ron was shocked by what he was hearing and couldn’t speak a word.

Mr. Adler explain when Ron was found he had a spinal cord injury and 150 boners, Ron was rushed to the hospital as soon as he was found but even after aiding Ron’s injuries, he was not showing signs wake up.

“Ron, you were in a coma for such a long time. It’s good to see you smile again” said Mr. Adler.

As Ron was hearing about his injury suddenly, he started hearing his heartbeat go up and up, his chest started hurting and it shocked Ron even more, Adler and Edna holder Ron down to the bed as more help was brought in to help them and finally, the medicine which Ron took for pain kicked in and as Ron slowly went back to sleep.
