10 years earlier, we stumble upon vast landscape within the famished mind of the recently returned Alucard. Here we see it’s inhabitants consist of patrolling Hellhounds below, and the watchful eye of a Cheshire cat from above. However, something else lingers here as well. A reverent of a past exchange. A fragmented piece that has remained through out the centuries and now speaks of a ‘New Dawn’
In the present, Seras returns home after a mission but is a bit more ‘worn out’ despite it being a relatively simple task. Meanwhile, Benedict documents recent events in his dream journal.
With all this talk of dreams and Cheshire cats, it does make one wonder what does come after the 9th life? Oh well. Shouldn’t dwell. Not when your 10th birthday is just around the corner.
