Akira followed the other down and walked towards the limo, being the last of the group to enter the car. The entire band, minus the peeved off Aeron, looked over to him.

“Aren’t you that not preggers chick from last night?” the drummer asked.

Akira rolled his eyes but nodded “Yes.”

“huh…what are you doing here?” he asked, though he was looking more towards Dexter than Akira.

“She is going to be one of the new backup dancers,” Dexter said before stepping into the limo himself, sitting next to Akira and the drummer. “She just signed the contract,” he said, as he folded the contract and stashed it in his inside jacket pocket.

“Cool,” the drummer nodded and gave his hand, “Name’s Yuji. I take it you’re from Japan too, right?” he asked.

Akira nodded, “Yeah, I am. Born and raised in Kyoto. What about you?”

Yuji smiled, flashing his pearly whites, “Tokyo. Though I was just born, not really raised.” He laughed, “Nice to meet you, Akira. So…how did your…um…audition go?” he asked, giving a look to the bass guitarist when he was kicked, “What? We all know that she slept with him. I mean, come on, there is no way that she actually gave a real audition last night, not in that hotel room.”

Akira blushed bright red and turned his head “I-I did no such thing.” He said, crossing his arms, before realizing that left it open to what he meant. “Have sex with him I mean!” he blurted out after a little while, “I d-danced…” he mumbled, though neither was true.

“Yeah, yeah, sure you did. Must have been pretty shitty then. Where’s your game Mr. best screw in the universe?” Yuji asked and laughed when Aeron shot a glare at him. “Whatever. Hey, look, Akira, since you already know Dexter and Aeron, and myself.” He said, looking proud about the fact, “This over here is Stephen or Ray, whatever the hell he is planning on calling himself.” Yuji introduced the bass guitarist. “Careful, he can be a bit of a womanizer. Can’t you Ray?” he said and looked over to him.

Ray just rolled his eyes and got comfortable in his seat, “I suppose it is true, isn’t it?” he asked, licking his lips and smirking a bit. “What can I say, the ladies love me.” Ray laughed and looked Akira up and down, “he’s right babe, be careful, there are a lot of us big bad wolves out in the rocker world.”

Akira rolled his eyes at both, but the smile on his lips proved that he didn’t mind the teasing all that much. “It’s cute that you seem to think I’m all that innocent.” He whispered, just loud enough for everyone to hear.

At this Aeron glanced over, Akira wasn’t a virgin? He looked away, even more pissed off now, so he really wasn’t good enough for the man in drag. He was just lowly scum that Akira was using to get what he wanted. Well, all that was about to change. Aeron would make sure that Akira would want only him by the end of this year. He would ruin Akira and then leave him in the dust, just like he had done to him all those years ago. He moved back to glaring at the floor as he thought about all the horrible things he could do to Akira before the year was up.

The rest of the band shared a look with each other, they had already assumed Akira wasn’t well, inexperienced but still. Yuji was the first to speak up “Hold on, so are you telling us…that you are…you know…kinky?” he asked, assuming that was the way this conversation was going.

Akira gave only a smirk as his answer and moved back into his prim and proper sitting position, with his hands folded in front of him.

Yuji and Ray gave a howl at that, “Score!” they both said and gave each other a high five, “Dude, Akira…you totally should come out with us one night. How does that sound?” Ray asked.

“Yeah, hell yeah, we’ll show you an awesome time. No screwing required; we just need a badass chick like you by our sides when we go out to a bar. I bet you could kick ass with that tiny frame of yours.” Yuji said and laughed, “Shit, Aeron, where did you find a girl like her?” he asked, looking over to Aeron.

Aeron looked over to Yuji and growled, his sign to leave him alone.

“Aw, come on, Aeron, don’t be like that.” Yuji shook his head, “Akira, seriously, where did you two meet!”

Akira bit his lip, “Um…” he looked over to Aeron, “in high school. We both went to the same high school, for talented teens.” He explained, looking down at his lap.

“Since high school? Aeron why didn’t you tell us about her?” Ray looked over towards Aeron, who was still pulling his ‘don’t mess with me’ expression.

“Because I haven’t seen her since then. Not until now and it’s not like we were lovers or anything.” Aeron growled.

Akira looked down when he heard what Aeron had to say about their high school days. He never thought it would hurt so much. Granted they hadn’t been lovers, but he thought at the very least that Aeron would have said that they had been friends. Apparently, though, Aeron was going to be acting like a child about this whole thing. He sighed and bit his lip, not liking the awkward silence that seemed to keep coming up. “Yuji, Ray, how did you meet up with Aeron?” he finally asked trying to break up the silence and his downward spiraling thoughts about high school life.

“Dexter.” They both said at the same time, giving each other a coy look.
