Shy, Quiet, Socially Anxious & Introverted

With this one, I wanted to redefine four words that are sometimes mistaken as synonyms of one another, and other times have negative connotations that are false. There are so many great things about being quiet -- you can have excellent listening skills and a calming presence. There is nothing wrong with being shy -- nobody has to share everything about themselves. Social anxiety can be hard, but don't let it keep you from putting yourself out there and making new friends, or strengthening your existing friendships (video calls and virtual events are a safe and very fun option until the pandemic is over). And everybody needs time to gain their energy back -- introversion is just another way to feel stronger and more relaxed. You are fantastic as you are.
