“Time to go home,” She cheerfully told the mare as she untied her. “That was another great event. I love barrel racing. I hope we can do this forever!”

Ali led Cranberry into the trailer and tied her up. The mare began to snack on some hay as Ali stepped out of the trailer and closed the door. Ali walked to the truck and got in.

“Okay, let’s go home.” Ali said as she started the truck and began the long drive back to the ranch.
