(Cirrus POV)

I remember that fateful day meeting him. There he stood before me, fitted in a dark grey pin-striped suit with a long coat tail, white dress shirt, mint green tie, and dark grey slacks to match. He was taller than me with a similar complexion to mine. His hair was a short, black pixie cut. Most of its length was towards the front and styled in a loose curl. His face was lightly freckled. But what captivated me the most about him were his light sea foam green eyes. They looked so kind and welcoming.

We shyly introduced ourselves and from then on we continued to hang out. Circumstances arose in which Raine was allowed to live and room in our castle. We were able to study together and learn more about our royal duties we’d eventually have to carry out. As time moved on, we took delight in each other’s company, became best friends even. Our love for each other grew. I couldn’t wait to spend more time with him. Each day gave me the opportunity not only to work towards my dream of being queen but also to spend time with him. I couldn’t wait for coronation day where both of my dreams would mesh into one!
