She's distracted. She even opened the side windows, this will be easier than I thought!

She lived in the woods, so I naturally perched myself on a tree outside her house. The trees gave enough cover and shade for me not to be seen by anyone passing or driving by.

She looks so focused on her work... it could really benefit everyone, too bad, but that isn't my job. I just need to get rid of her...

Her works will make her powerful, and the government will end up holding some of that power as well. If I steal her work, then the gang will be on top... I'll have all the credit. I... I will finally be on top.

Excitedly, I grabbed the receiver that rested on my hip. "She's distracted. She has a window propped open, I'm going to use it instead"

"Understood, proceed." Said the voice of a higher up.

I clambered towards the open windows and hung off of them. I raised my body and looked in. She was still turned aro- what is she doing? She's gonna look this way!

I ducked down. My fingers were hanging off and I couldn't tell if she still looking this way. I took a risk and raised up my body once more.

She was working again.

I turned off the receiver and I slowly lifted more of my body into the window. It was a little tight, but I was able to make no noise. Gently landing on the ground, I instantly hid behind some of the large supercomputers and equipment she had on the sides.

Holy crap just how much does she have in here?

Microscopes, test tubes... is that a Centrifuge? I knew college students made things, but this girl has it all in her home. She's mad serious.

She was about to turn around again, and I remained quiet. She was looking at some diagrams on a monitor... that must be the target.

Once she went back to her works, I crawled over to the pcs and quickly placed an explosive there. I went back to my previous hiding spot and placed some there as well.

Poor kid, maybe next time you won't leap so far into the future.

She went inside to the main parts of the house. That was a good time to escape. I climbed back out the window and went back into the tree. I turned on the receiver once more.

"Explosives placed"

"Are they activated?"

"No, she went inside. I'll turn them on when she gets closer."

"Understood. Good work."
