(Preface)
The cloud couriers are the mail delivery service for the skies. They use the clouds to their advantage; always delivering mail and packages far and wide between different towns and kingdoms. (Note: Cloud delivery isn’t 100% reliable/full-proof but it sure is convenient to get stuff to where it needs to go.)
Their motto: “Let the clouds be your guide.”

Raine had noticed the two couriers that would frequent mail to the castle. One was a golden blonde boy and the other was an afro puffed girl. Even though it was rare for the couriers to come in contact with the royals, Raine made an appoint to see them and be present when he could. (They would often run around lunch break time). He eventually befriended them and learned their names were Avian and Sno.
And then one day, Raine spilled his request.
“I wish to ask you two of your assistance. I planning to leave here and I want you to ship me via cloud down below to ground level.”
“Are you crazy?!” Sno exclaimed baffled by his request.
“Remember your manners, Sno.” Avian looked at her dismayed by her rudeness towards the prince.
Raine started again. “I know this sounds bizarre but, I would reeeally appreciate your help.” He got his point across without the need of going into too many details.
Reserved, the couriers looked at each other. They worried not only about the aftermath of him leaving but also about if they’d get caught and get in trouble for helping Raine escape. He assured them they wouldn’t.
They agreed to help and over the next few meetings they all solidified a meeting spot.
“As soon as daylight fades and the sun begins to set on coronation day, we must be swift.” Raine said. “I shall slip away from Cirrus and the guards, and take a moment alone. Then is when I make my escape. We shall meet near the pet shop and you shall have ready the cart. I’ll hide inside and you continue on to facility on the outskirts of the castle. Go about your business as if nothing has happened. And by nightfall no trace of me found.”
They all agreed on the plan ending their conversation with the courier motto “let the clouds be your guide”.
