Hey guys!
So for non-Filipino readers, here's an explanation. Apolinario Mabini was a historical figure in the Philippines. He was a lawyer, writer, educator, and more and unfortunately was afflicted with polio, losing the use of his lower limbs.
Recently Heneral Luna, a historical film, was released and there have been stories of students (and Swag Boy) asking why Mabini, played by Epy Quizon, was always sitting down.
