- Ah! I yelled with surprise when I just woke up from a nightmare.
After that, I had a huge headache, so to cool it off, I put one of my sweaty hands on my head so that I could try to ease the pain.
- Did it do the weird “falling off a cliff” nightmare? a mysterious voice asked.
- umm… yea. I answered back, with a lack of confidence and security.
- I hate when that happens. Added the voice.
Then, the creature talking to me appeared from the shadows. She was tall, standing out with all her pride. There’s only one person that...
- who...Who are you? I asked with a voice of uncertainty, still shaken up about what’s happened.
- I’m the new Empress. Kihrq Opal Novice, at your service. Last night, there was a fire. You managed to pull it off but you ended up fainting close to those flames. I was the one who saved you.
- No. I don’t need your help. I never even needed your help and I never will. You should’ve let me rot in that fire. You and your shitty “Falcon clowns” should go. The Falcon’s are dead to my eyes. You have no place here. We never needed your help.
- Your anger and hatred makes you blind. Don't even realize that?
- I don’t care. All you say is wrong. You know...people say you’re strong and all but, if you were that strong, then you would've done the job my parents did, years ago, and have most likely avoided their death.
- What mission were they in?
- ALPE: Anti-Lanouism* & Protection by Extermination
- Oh. I’ve heard of that mission before, and how terrible it turned out, but I was never the leader of that mission.
- Then who was it? I asked, feeling my throat getting dried and soar.
- I don’t know. It could’ve been anyone at that time. I-
- What do you mean you don't know? So you’re meant to say to me that you were completely powerless and most likely useless “at that time”?
- Yes.
- What? I questioned, not expecting that type of answer.
- You’re right. I was completely powerless at that time. I admit that it was only partially my fault since I was still in a personal highly-intensive training at that date. But now I'm trying to make things change. Seeing kids like you worry about problems that only adults should have... that makes me sick worried and I want to fix that. You don’t have to live the trauma anymore. At least, not alone.
- …
I didn’t know what to answer her, so without thinking, I just stood up from my bed, and walked over to my window to take a look and reflect on what happened.
- Take it easy, would ya’? Your body hasn’t fully recovered yet.
- I don’t care.
After these words, I didn't feel concentrated enough to reflect, alone, on my actions. So I started climbing up the roof.
I’d call that roof: Genuine. ‘Cause even though it didn’t move or it didn’t know how to talk, it was still nice to me. It was worthy of trust. It let me admire the view, while I'd talk about all my problems.
I arrived at the top and admired the magnificent view that it offered me. The Netherlands was really a kingdom full of possibilities and beauties, including this one. The chance to see the sunset this early in the afternoon was a lifetime occasion for me.

Lanouism** = the Lanouists are a group of mutants, nature, cement, zombie human-based creatures. They normally lived in the Hidden forest of KanaÏ but later got executed because they caused a threat to the environment and the population around them. They have the ability to destroy vegetation everywhere they go, with every step they make. That ability works best on forests though.
Lady shiva* was the first-ever Empress. In fact, she was the first person to put in place a new government system: The role of the Empress. She was the one who stopped the Great War and restored the damage caused by it. For a “normal” person, it was no easy task and choices could get very difficult, challenging to decide. So that’s why till’ today, we honour Lady Shiva for her brave accomplishments and everything she’s been through to help us maintain safe and eagerness of happiness.
