Vas is nonbinary, Kaleb is male, Syf is a girl.
Vas's pronouns are dependent on who is addressing/referring to them. It's determined by the preference and/or relationship that the person has with Vas. Vas themself is indifferent to what pronouns people use on them.
Kaleb is a Therian, the same alien race as Semeon.
