"Prioritize your goal!" said the girl to herself as a way to clear any doubts from her mind.

The girl jumps up high towards the balcony of the hotel. 

However, something that would never happen in her life, happens, for a second time, in fact. Someone other than herself talks and even moves casually through the halted time.

"Do you really think you can just jump away casually like that?"

Light jumps and chases the girl above. He pulls the girl away from the balcony, when the girl almost reaches Light's hand, instead of grabbing her, this time, he swings his hand down in a throwing motion and lets go of his pull over the girl. 

The girl was being pulled away as if she was pulled by a magnet. The momentum from the pull being released launches the girl downwards towards the highway. The girl recovers from the fall in an instant, however.

"How can you move?"

"What do you mean, 'how can I move'?"

"Pay attention to your surrounding!"

Light felt something was off. He realizes that everything around him has stopped.

"What did you do?"

"I stopped time. I never would have thought that I have to go through this again."

"You stopped time? Judging from those swords and your fast movement, it's kind of both Armament and Ability type Faith. So, you have a Special type Faith power."

"No point in dragging this out. Correct. Congratulations!" said the girl with a sarcastic tone.

Faith power is categorized into five types.

Ability type. A Faith power that lets the user have multiple arrays of abilities that can only be activated limitedly. If someone has four different abilities, then only one or two can be used at the same time. The number of available abilities and the max amount of abilities available depends on the user.

Armament type. A Faith power that lets the user summon a weapon or a tool that aids them in combat. The weapon or tool will have a specific ability that can only be used if the weapon/tool is present. Armament type Believers can un-summon them away when it's not needed. Armament type Believers is able to activate Vein Armor, a special ability only obtained by every Armament type Believers. When activated, their vein will glow across their whole body. The color of the glow depends on the user. Vein Armor will grant them up to 100 times the capability of their physical prowess such as being able to tank a boulder unharmed, runs faster than a car, jumps higher than a tall building, heightened senses, etc.

Elemental type. A Faith power that lets the user use elemental powers. They can either produce or manipulate existing elemental force to their liking. An Elemental type Believers have something called "Source". It is located on a specific body part which is located differently depending on the user. The amount of energy they can produce is limited depending on the user. Elemental type Believers are able to endlessly generate elemental force from their Source as long as they haven't reached the limit yet. If the Source got injured, the user won't feel any pain, but their Source will regenerate for 30 seconds and then they won't be able to generate energy for another 30 seconds making them totally vulnerable for a whole minute. They are still able to manipulate external elemental energy during that one minute. however. It is said that Elemental type Faith is considered to be the strongest type out of all types of Faith power.

Transformation type. A Faith power that lets the user transform their body parts into an elemental state. This type of Faith power has the same feature as Armament type Faith, they both only have one specific ability to be utilized aside from possessing the natural laws of the said elements. The Transformation type Faith has one ironclad rule in which the user is only able to transform 40% of their whole body. On which body parts can be transformed is completely up to the user. Their transformation will also activate automatically when harm comes into contact even if the user itself is unaware of said harm as long as they haven't reached the 40% limit yet.

Special type. A Faith power whose rules and limitations are sometimes a mix of the other type and sometimes it is an entirely different rule that doesn't belong to any of the categories above. There is no specific pattern or rule when it comes to Special type Faith. Everything depends on the user, however, this makes them easily recognizable due to their unique and very distinct rules.

Carefully analyzing your opponent's Faith type, how it works and its limitations can make a huge difference in a fight. Although there are some fights between Believers that end with both parties not knowing how each other's Faith power even works.

On a side note, clothing is also protected from the user's own Faith power.

The girl's hands and legs began to glow in blue light.

"By the way, you're not gonna just let me go, right?"

"Of course not! I have some business with that middle-aged man first. You were the one interfering!"

"Then I have no choice!"

The girl summons her swords on both of her hands.

"Pardon the late introduction. I still won't tell you my name but, know this, I am the number 4 Strongest Believers within the ranks of the Ten Commandments of God, The Queen of Time. Pleasure to meet you!"

As soon as her introduction ends, the girl ran at a speed that the human eyes cannot follow.

"(4th Strongest? The Queen of Time?)"

In a fight between Believers, intimidating your opponents is a solid strategy. Faith power is affected by fear, doubts, mental pressure, and other negative emotions. Making sure you are the stronger of the two will send fear towards the opponent, thus making the opponent's Faith power's output less than intended.

The girl slashes right through Light's body but his body transformed and completely negates any damages. The girl strikes Light again from a different angle this time. Light can only let his automatic transformation mechanism defend himself as he completely lost sight of the girl.

In the next few seconds, the girl continues to summons more of her swords. Each time, they break apart after coming in contact with Light's transformed body. She also strikes him from multiple different angles as much as possible. He can only stand still and concentrate to un-transform his transformation after each of the girl's attacks so that he won't reach the 40% limit as long as possible. 

10 seconds in and it was the most chaotic ten seconds Light has ever faced in his life. During the next few seconds, the girl increases her speed even more. She keeps striking Light from different angles and this time, and even after every clash, Light still tries to un-transform his transformation immediately but the girl already strikes Light before he un-transforms from her previous attack.

And at one moment, Light reached the 40% limit. The girl notices this and immediately went for the kill. She tries to slice off Light's neck as she never aims for his neck this entire time exactly for this moment. However, the girl's swords disintegrate as she tried to swing both of them. They were absorbed into Light's transformed body parts. The girl does quick thinking.

"AAAARGH!!"

She kicks Light upwards towards the sky on his chest as she notices that a small portion of his chest wasn't transformed. She lost her speed when Light started absorbing her swords but she has enough momentum to kick Light into the sky. She immediately chases after him above. 

Light recovers in the air and floats using air whirling on his blackened feet. He emits gravitational pull on the girl towards himself. The girl knows this is what Light would do so she flies away from his position.

The girl then floats in the sky with wings made up of 4 pairs of her swords on her back. They both are quite far away from each other above the night sky.

"*COUGH COUGH* *pant pant*"

"(Ugh, my chest hurts so bad. This girl is really tough. She is the first person that I ever fought that lasts this long. And I also was already exhausted because I ran up the stairs back then *pant pant*)"

"(His Faith, he keeps absorbing my attacks. There has to be a catch to it. There's no way it's infinite. There has to be some sort of limit on how much energy or objects he can absorb at once. I'm at a disadvantage. I can't properly use my Faith to its fullest. And I even have to keep the time stop up until I beat him so my target didn't run away from the hotel! Tch!)"

The girl summons seven swords but this time, their sizes are massive that each of the swords is 15m in length and 5m wide.

"GET READY!" warns the girl.

The girl rushes towards Light with massive swords floating and following her movement behind her. There are exactly seven of the giant swords. She swings the first two swords forming an X slash. Light blocks them with both of his blackened hands. The two massive swords broke apart and their broken fragments are absorbed into Light's hands.

Then the girl controls three of her giant swords and spins them in front of her hand as if they are gigantic drills ready to tear through their target. The girl launches the three giant rotating swords and they come from three different angles with the exact same speed.

Light raises his right blackened fist to his front and began absorbing the fabric of space. It creates a spatial distortion that looked like a whirlpool that grows larger and larger and the three giant rotating swords were caught in the distortion. 

Light releases his hold over space and the distortion repaired itself instantly as if it was rubber that has been stretched apart so much. The reaction causes the three giant swords to warps to three different random places. One warps on top of a building and landed on its rooftop, one warps to the front of a tall building and landed on its side where all the windows are and the last one warps directly towards the highway and pierces through it leaving a giant tear on it. 

The girl is ready to launch another sword at Light. The sword flies faster this time and Light immediately punches it and broke it, however, before Light starts absorbing it, the girl sends out her last giant sword. The sword pushes the earlier sword with massive momentum. The next thing that happens is that something the girl would find unbelievable. 

Light absorbs the first and the second giant swords with no effort whatsoever. The girl suspected that there's some kind of limit at how much Light can absorb her swords, which are made out of time itself, and hoped to deliver the final blow with that last sword.

"(He still hasn't hit his limit yet? Even after absorbing that much time?)"

The girl charges forward while summoning two swords in both of her hands. The girl slices both of Light's hands. But Light was able to block them.

The next thing the girl does is summoning another eight swords and launches them from eight different angles. As soon as the swords hit Light, the girl "teleports" to Light's back, summons another sword, and slices him on his back, or so she thought what was gonna happen. 

The eight swords weirdly only fly towards Light's transformed arms and legs as they were absorbed into them. The girl, however, did not stop there, she immediately grabs Light by the back of his neck, her hands start glowing in blue light. Since the very first time they fought in the sky, the girl notices that Light has fully transformed his arms and legs and Light seems to have hit the 40% transformation limit, however, nothing happened to him.

"What?!" asks the girl in confusion.

Light knocks the girl away from his back. The girl recovers immediately in the air.

The girl summons yet another barrage of swords but this time, the formation of the swords formed a giant sphere around him with each sword pointing at him. She launches all of her swords at the same time at Light. 

Light lifts his hands to the side and emits a powerful gravitational pull. All of the sword's trajectories change towards his blackened hand. 

During the absorption, the girl rushes in. She pulled a survival knife out of nowhere and aims to stab Light in the neck. Light dodges the knife and kicks the knife away from the girl's hand at the very last second while his hands still absorbing all of the swords. 

Light was able to kick the girl so easily because the girl lost her speed the closer she got to him. The girl did not stop, it was a setup. Her goal was the same situation as earlier. The girl's other hand is glowing in blue light. She immediately punches Light in the stomach before he can react but the light in her hand was also absorbed towards Light's blackened arms resulting in mere punching damage. 

In that instance, Light notices the girl's punch wasn't as fast as her other attacks. The girl does a quick-thinking and immediately grabs Light's shirt and throws him down towards the ground. Light crashes in midair but seconds before he crashes, he has finished absorbing all of the girl's swords. 

"Urgh. . ."

Light gets up and realized where he stands. A giant clock made out of blue light, 20m in diameter appeared out of nowhere, floating in the sky horizontally above the city. Light landed on number six of the clock. The girl falls and lands on number twelve of the clock.

"What are you planning? Trapping me?"

"This is such a basic strategy in a fight, but please do play along though."

Surrounding the clock was a wall of her clock hand swords that the girl has been using this entire time, sitting close to each other tightly to prevent Light from escaping. 

On the very top, there's another giant clock, the same one as the one that is directly under both of their feet. Light and the girl are completely inside an enclosed space. Although Light could've easily escaped, he decided to play along.

"One question."

"Yes?"

"When I grabbed your neck, you should've died, but nothing happened. What was that?"

"What did you do exactly?"

"I meant to accelerate your body's timespan, 10,000 years into the future which means you should've turned into dust but nothing happened. So, what was that?"

Light was shocked by her reply.

"That's what you were trying to do? You really are the Queen of Time, as you claimed ."

"I'm not the type to lie. Explain!"

"Since you were honest just now, I'll answer. I am a Judge. The Judge of Lust, someone whose job is to save even the worst possible scums on the planet. I am one of the Seven Layers of Judgment."

"Again, what does this have anything to do with the "Judge" stuff?"

"As a Judge, I am blessed by God. I have this blessing called God's Holy Grace. It gives me immunity to all kinds of indirect attacks. Basically, I can only be harmed physically."

"G-GOD?" said the girl in a shocked tone all of a sudden.

"So, you were in cahoots with that man? I should've known."

The girl's tone completely changes.

"Man? What are you talking about? I was talking about the One True God."

"Do you think you can fool me? From now on, I'm not holding back anymore. Anyone who stands on their side needs to die!"

"I don't really get what's with you, but you'll need to try your hardest!"
