Shards is still on hiatus because of my carpal tunnel, but here is the advance page that was available for $5 backers on patreon. I'll have the next $5 advance update up next Sunday, and that page available to everyone a week after. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to a page every other week on the Kyoshi comic soon.
This page came out a bit dark. Dark scenes are difficult to get right. Movies and TV shows have lots of tricks to make a scene look dark but remain clearly readable that I need to study. It's also tricky because I use a dark theme for the UI when creating the page, so when a dark page that looks fine in that situation is displayed on a light background, it's harder to read.
Still got lots to learn!
