Never really liked the phrase, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." I'm all for resilience and growth - BUT sometimes something happens to you and it just totally sucks. You didn't deserve it AND you don't have to turn it into 'learning lesson' unless you're ready to and you want to.

It’s a bad saying in the present but after you work through your feelings and realize it has made you stronger.. it’s nice for the future you to realize I think.
