"A panda with a ponytail on top of it's head?"
Akash murmured.
He thought he would see a huge dragon or any other powerful cosmostic beasts but a panda was out of his expectation. He looked at him with gloomy look.
*beep*
"The host can pick his first God rank nobility beast"

Akash cried in a surprise with his mouth agape
"Ehhhhh... a God rank!! This Panda?"

"This beast is called God Demon Panda. It's a hybrid cub of two powerful God rank nobility beasts. It can reach at Star God stage"

Akash was blinking his eyes as if he couldn't believe what he heard. He looked at the panda who was sleeping on his belly peacefully. Akash saw a strange black and white aura wraped around on panda's body giving an image of a sleeveless martial art gi and on the back of panda was a Golden Staff stucked in black and white aura.
"System, Are those weapons on panda's body"

"The Golden Staff is a mythic weapon which is passed on from centuries to every new generation's successor of Golden Apes, God Demon Panda's father is the current king of Golden Apes beasts, the black and white aura is not a weapon but an inborn technique of Ying Yang Bears which are the strongest bear type beasts in the cosmos. They use the power of light and darkness laws to form an armour around their body, it's mother is from Ying Yang Bears. Both of his parents are top God class noblity beasts and The God Demon Panda's nobility is one of the strongest in this cosmos.

All he could do at his best was to stop himself from trembling in excitement. In his old life the strongest beast he had was of Prince Rank Nobility Beast.

"Host must form blood contract before the God Demon Panda open his eyes"

Akash was startled but he didn't ask furthur and bit his index fingure and few drops of blood flew from Akash's fingure which were mixed with his Cosmostic Powers and entered in the mouth of Panda. Soon a blood formation appeared on the chest of panda but the formation was different from the blood formation he knew before.
"What kind of contract is this"

"It's a contract which can only be used by those who has the purest form of cosmostic power, there is only one difference between the two blood contracts. The other blood contract can hurt either beast or master if the beast doesn't obey the order given by master but this blood contract will force the beast to obey the order even if it costs it's life"

Akash remembered that his cosmostic powers were removed and replaced by Ancestor's cosmostic powers which is more purer in quality.
While he was still lost in his thoughts, suddenly Akash heard a cooing sound, that sound was came from the little God Demon Panda who opened his eyes for the first time. Akash could feel panda's feelings because of blood contract and picked the little panda. Panda cooed in happiness it felt like Akash Tagar was his parent.
"Hey buddy, I will call you Ponytail and from today onwards we will share our life and death together"
The bear cooed in return. Akash Tagar sent ponytail into his cosmostic dwelling space to sleep and went to his bedroom to sleep as well. He was mentally tired, ever since he met Ancestor Turtle he didn't sleep for a second and this whole surprise shook his brain. Akash slept for 3 whole days.

Next Morning
Akash opened his eyes after his beautiful sleep and as soon as he opened his eyes he heard a beep sound.
"The host has woken up, from here onwards all the free priviliges the host exercised will ends and the host will has to pay for services"

Akash gave a big yawn with stretching arms and stood up ignoring the system. He looked everywhere but didn't see a washroom.
"System is there any place in this HQ where i can get fresh"
.
"To enjoy the service of lavatory the host has to upgrade HQ to level 2. The more host will upgrade the HQ the more luxury bedroom the host will get"

"I understand, ancestor turtle had warned me that i'll have to pay, system can you briefly explain what things i can get by using money and what i can not"

"Everything can and only be gotten by money"
.
"Ehhh.. that means i have to earn tons of money first! but how can i earn while i'm very weak with just a panda cub as my beast"

"There is an other way but it's more difficult. That's, completing the quest missions in mean time but if host can not complete the mission then host will recieve a penalty. Once a quest is taken it can not be canceled"

Akash was lost he didn't know what kind of penalty that would be but he was sure that if the rewards are so appealing then the penalty won't be any lighter. So he asked about 1st option.
"System what are the features and requirements of level 2 HQ"
.
"Level 2 HQ will have two new services. 1st is Training Grounds where Host and his subbordinates can go to any where in this cosmos to train.
2nd is Cosmostic Store from where the host and his subbordinates can purchase and sell materials and items.
Along with these two features the current Bedroom and Nest Well be upgraded to level 2 as well.
There are 3 requirements of level 2 HQ.
1st requirement is that Host must pay 1 million coins
2nd requirement is that there should be land of total 10,000 Square Feet area.
3rd requirement is that The Host must recruit 1 Lord in his force"

Akash twiched his brows and asked.
"Lord! Do you mean a subordinate?"

"No, a lord is a being who will lead the army of host, The Host is like a King and  The Lords are like Commander Generals"
.
"Ohh! Ancestor has made the planning very pricisely, indeed a single person can not lead a whole force" Akash murmured.
Akash looked at the screen and asked
"System can i make anyone my Lord"
.
"No, there are requirements for Lords because it is a limited rank 2nd only to the Host in power"
.
"Lords are limited? And which requirements?"

"There can only be 10 lords in a single planet. One planet can not have more than 10 Lords.
The requirements of a Lord are following.
1. There are total 20 laws which are called 20 attributes in this planet. A lord must have grip over atleast 5 attributes.
2. There are 5 types of aptitudes Poor, Common, High, Legendary, Mythic and each of them has 3 stages Lower, Medium and Upper. A Lord must have aptitude of Lower High Aptitude"

Akash looked at screen, gritted his teeth and clenched his fists.
"The hell is wrong with these shitty unnecessary requirements"
.
"The requirements are necessary in order to find top quality lords"
.
"Ahh man, so how can i check anyone's aptitude and attributes?"
.
"The host can open the profile of that person and check the basic informafion"
.
"How can i open his profile"
.
"Host has to say it in mind while looking at that person"

All of a sudden Akash Tagar thought of something.
"System can you tell me what my aptitude was in my previous life"

"Upper Poor Aptitude"

Akash Tagar didn't see that coming
"What.... i was a Star King that time"

"Rank doesn't define aptitude. Aptitude is calculated by one's overall talent".

Akash understood that finding one with 5 attributes is not that difficult but finding one with a Lower High Aptitude in this planet is almost impossible even my old life had the aptitude of Upper Poor rank.
Akash closed his eyes and gave a big sigh.
"I should go out to get some fresh air or i'll die"
Akash came out of the HQ, the door closed automatically.
As soon as Akash came out he saw a car was coming towards him. The car stopped and a young man came out of it.
The man came closer and looked at Akash Tagar. The man was looking at Akash as if he has seen something which doesn't belong to this world. A stunning handsome hunk.
"Hello, Mr Akash Tagar. I've been sent here by Mayor Haji Tea and i was waiting here for you since yesterday"

"I see, how is Mr Haji Tea?"
Akash asked
.
"He is fine and he is willing to meet you"
.
"Alright but first i need to go to a washroom, i need to get freshed "
.
The man nodded with a fake smile and took him to a neaby hotel.
Akash bathed and brushed, his golden hairs and blue eyes were giving a mysterious charm. He wore the same cloths he had. The man was looking at Akash Tagar he was first envy of Akash's looks but now the envy has turned into admiration. Akash was very handsome with perfect looks even many fairy people were jealous of him in his previous life. There was a strange attraction in Akash's eyes.

The man came back to his senses.
Soon they reached Mayor's office who was waiting for them at the entrance door. The young man had informed him about Akash.
