A four year old keigo was raised by his alcoholic father. Ever since his mom's passing from disease. His father would keep keigo locked in a bird cage. That is unless he would let keigo out to make him steal food and beer. Keigo was a quiet boy who hardly ever say a word to anyone. This was do to the abuse his father put him through if keigo asked for food or water. Everytime keigo would steal food. His father would give him a tiny piece to eat as payment. One day while keigo was being punished for not killing a woman for her purse. Keigo went without food for a week. On the last day of that week. A boy with white hair broke into the house for valuables. Upon searching through the place while the father was out gambling. The young boy of six years found the locked attic door. So he picked the old lock. He was surprised to see a small boney boy with tiny red wings in a cage. Keigo looked like he was close to deaths door. The boy approaches the cage. That's when keigo used the last bit of strength to reach out for the other boy's hand.

 

  "F..ood"The boy reaches in his pocket. Giving keigo some bread that was stolen from a baker earlier that day. Keigo smiled and opened his mouth while tears poured down his cheeks."How long has it been since you ate last kid?""Two rains ago.""A week!?"The boy looks up and sees a hole in the roof beside the cage and a shoe with little water in it at keigo's reach."My father will be back soon. Please go before he does. ""Your father? So he's the one keeping you like this?"Keigo nods yes before falling asleep. When keigo wakes up. The boy is covered in blood and has the key to the cage in hand."Come with me, and I promise that you'll never go hungry again. "The boy unlocks the cage and keigo walks out a free bird."My name is keigo what's yours?"My name is--"
