⛄ Finland is known for its shy, less-talk, and introverted culture. 🥺 The same applies to (not all but) many Finnish game studios. 🕹️ So the term 'cultural fit' in the Finnish video game industry is often about being quiet and no small talks. And in many cases, no bragging! 😂
