"I hope I'll be able to meet the deadline to submit the illustrations for the children's book!"
Park Alice drew with vigor using her digital pen across the pad by her giant screen which showed a scene from the comic-strip she was working on for that afternoon.
Her hair was a mess which had not seen a drop of water in 3 weeks!
"Come on! Aish! Don't you dare die on me!"
Angered by the flickering light from her old display screen, Park Alice reached behind to give a hard smack. The action temporarily made the screen to stabilize. Satisfied that the irritating flashing light was now gone, the woman in oversized orange sweater and jeans sat back on the mesh desk chair.
"Rabbit! I forgot to put rabbits in the panel! Snap out of it! Park Alice! What is a children's book without rabbits!"
The colorful panel which was a storyboard of sort displayed a chubby little girl in the countryside playing with grasshoppers. She began adding the furry creatures into the panel where a little girl in pink flower dress and white straw hat held grass blades of grasshoppers.
"Ding!"
"Who could be ringing the bell? Maybe they have come to deliver the item I ordered online, but isn't it supposed to arrive tomorrow? If it's here that would be awesome!"
Park Alice's concentration broke on hearing the sound of her doorbell. She looked at her wrist and pushed on a knob on her white smart watch. A part of her felt annoyed that her work was interrupted but another part was happy the order she placed may have arrived ahead of time. Sketch of the furry animal was what she could manage before dropping her pen down.
"Baby rabbit, I'll come back to finish you when I get my package before someone steals it!"
