#15 Late Summer Heat

Seriously, anyone who can wear skirt in winter: how on earth? Especially where I live, winter is long, cold and unforgiving. Props to you all pretty people with thick skin! You all have balls of steel.
This strip was written in August when it was very hot for a few weeks. As Desta is saying, just like in my case, summer was damp and cold so it was nice to have few weeks of actual summer. Now the warmth is gone and last week every day it was freezing! At least the sun is shining everyday.
