I also struggled coming out to my family. I never even understood why i struggled, i knew my family would be supportive and i knew i was suffering not coming out, but i couldnt really make myself do it. I was just so... scared of change, even if its good change.
Eventually the choice was taken from me as i was outed... so take some advice from me,
Take a deep breath and slowly just, do it. Take it a few steps at a time but keep walking. It'll turn out better than you expect, and if not im sure you can handle it.
