Paragon. The shining light of hero culture. A modern day city, a place where all people can feel safe, and young heros can learn how to best serve the world, a ‘perfect start’ for the next generation. At least, that's what's on the pamphlets. 

24 years ago, The well-respected hero Narro built this city. He set the perfect incentive for the Alitus company to settle headquarters in the heart of the city, and then began constructing UA international High School, the spark of his hero culture dream. Over 24 years, people came from far and wide to populate his utopia, to work in the artificial yet booming economy and send their children to one of the newest and most prestigious hero schools in the world. Professional Heros from across the country came to live here, invited or attracted, protecting this growing population... and villains came as well, to take advantage of their false sense of security. Despite this, Paragon remains a safe haven for all who come here, and is considered the great Narros dream come true, an example for what the rest of the world could be.

However, all good things must come to an end. 

And all bad things, must be brought to one.
