Oliver
It was night when he realized.
Nikolay had been playing with a little chain all day. Oliver hadn’t paid attention at all to it, always being more interested in his books and homework.
(Okay, and maybe his roommate made him a little bit nervous, but it was better to ignore it).
At that moment, Nikolay was taking a shower. Oliver could hear the sound, distracting him over his reading. He was really pissed, a frown appearing on his face. But he wasn’t angry at his roommate (who wasn’t a demon or a succubus like he thought, but a vampire, what the fuck), he was grateful to have a clean partner. What made him angry was his own mind.
Let’s get things straight (Haha, straight...). He had a fucking vampire as a roommate. And he was hella hot, at that! Like, he had seen him without a shirt on, and... fuck.
His body was slightly muscular, he surely did a lot of workout (or maybe it was a vampire thing to be so damn ripped). And he was so pale it made him look fragile in a way. His skin was smooth and unscarred, just the perfect type to mark all over and- FUCK, NO NO NO.
Don’t judge him! He was a succubus, after all! He may have tried to suppress it, but it was always there, lingering at the edge of his thoughts, threatening to make him distracted, just like now!
So, yes, he was thinking about the poor boy taking a shower just on the other side of the wall. He couldn’t help but wish to be the water, running down his perfect body and leaving a flushed color behind. He had fantasized about his own hands touching the same skin. Nikolay couldn’t be like him, all soft and chubby, his belly and thighs all plump and squishy to the touch. No, he must be thick but firm, especially those abs, and his arms. He wanted to touch those biceps and hold onto them for dear life.
Oh, but the thing that Oliver liked the most was the fact that he had no idea about the things that he did on him. The brunet wasn’t a demonstrative person, but Nikolay was so incredibly oblivious, it was just adorable. It made him want to tease him, to test the limits with him, to see him embarrassed and blushing, knowing that he was the cause to it.
But he wouldn’t do it, of course. That meant having to grow attached to this person, and Oliver just wanted to get this year over with and go back home.
So, he just sighed and tried to think about things to make his blood come back where it belonged, and not down. Placing his thoughts in order, he looked around the room, and spotted something shiny.
Standing up, he made his way to the other’s bedside table. There, along with a little lamp, was the necklace he had seen Nikolay play with. The chain was very thin, but what caught his attention was the little gem attached to it. It had a drop-like shape, and was a light green color.
He had seen it somewhere else. He knew that. Oliver had a very good memory.
Trying to recall, he thought about one person. Silver hair and freckles came to his mind, a combination so rare it was impossible not to stare at. Sun-kissed skin, a teasing smile, and dark eyes... and then, a green gem on top of his chest, resting like it belonged there.
He couldn’t help to look at the jewel and thinking back to Dara... it was his. He was sure about it.
“Oli, are you okay?” He heard a voice behind him, so sudden it was surprising. How long did he stare at the necklace? There was no doubt he must be looking a little creepy.
“Oh, yes, everything’s all right... it’s just- That necklace, did you find it somewhere?” He asked, turning around to look at Nik-
Holy shit, he wasn’t wearing a shirt, again.
HELLO??? A CAT IS TRYING NOT TO DIE HERE. CAN YOU PLEASE THINK ABOUT THE HORNYNESS OF A VIRGIN SUCCUBUS?
He mistook his expression for one of annoyance, and said: “Oh, this... I’m sorry, I forgot to take a clean shirt with me.”
Oliver didn’t say anything. It was so tiring having to keep his eyes up, and not wandering over that beautifully sculpted body...
The vampire just smiled again, showing his fangs a little, his silver eyes shining with innocence and sweetness “About the necklace, actually I found it in an alley... how did you know it wasn’t mine?” Then he hurried to say: “I swear I didn’t steal it, or something like that! Don’t stare at me like thaaaat, I feel like you’re judging me!” He pouted.
HOW CAN SOMEONE BE SO CUTE, AND HOT AT THE SAME TIME?!
He thought about saying: “Sorry for staring intensely at your face, but if I don’t do this my succubus part will take over me and make me a horny machine and we don’t want that”, but it was better to stay quiet about that part of himself.
“Nah, don’t worry, just... I think I know its owner.”
“You do?” Oh, boy, stop looking at me like that or I’m going to commit a crime. “That’s awesome! I should give it back to them... do you know how to find them?”
“Ah... well, I think that’s going to be a little bit of a problem.”
-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-
And that’s how they ended up in front of a barely standing building.
He didn’t know what that place was, or why Dara was staying there. From outside, it looked like an abandoned building, in the middle of the suburbs.
Beside him, Nikolay looked the same or even more lost than him. They stood up in front of the gate, looking at it and then at each other.
“So... should we knock, or...?” He asked in an insecure voice, pointing at the door.
“Tch.” Oliver was already regretting his decisions. After all, it was him who offered Nikolay to help him find the disaster of a man that was Dara. How could he not? Those abs distracted him! It was their fault!
So, after thinking a little, he remembered about the plushie murdered, or Dara’s ex-roommate. They went there to ask him about the boy, but Adrian was more or less on the same situation. Then, he recalled about a place that Dara used to talk about, and that was the only option left if they wanted to find him. If not, he had a lot of friends there, so maybe they could tell where to find him.
Well, that’s what the redhead said.
And then, like a couple of idiots, they went to that place without thinking twice about how bad of an idea it could be.
Fuck... from now on, I’ll stay away from handsome guys. They turn me into an idiot.
“Hum... if you want, we can go back. I can try asking around. Thank you so much for helping me, it was very kind of you, Oli.”
That vampire was going to be the death of him.
“Don’t worry, no problem. But I really think we should head back... I don’t trust this place.”
“Oww, why not? I thought it would look better with the decorations we made.” A snarky comment came from behind them, and both the vampire and the hybrid turned around, staring now at a tall man with curly, blond hair. His skin was deathly pale, his eyes a dark brown. He had a mischievous smile, and even though he was handsome, every hair on Oliver’s body stood up, and he fought back the need to let his cat ears free. Instinct was instinct, after all, and cats were very intuitive beings.
Nikolay was the one to talk, stepping in front of Oliver “Sorry, we weren’t trying to insult your... place. We are looking for someone, and we heard he is probably here. If it’s not too much to ask, can you help us?”, he said in a perfectly well-mannered form, something that Oliver would never be in his life.
“Mmm, is that so? Well, we can’t let our guests out in the cold... come inside, we can talk there.” He offered another smile, and Oliver just wanted to hiss at him.
“Well, I...” Nikolay looked at Oliver, and the brunet just nodded. “Yeah, sorry to bother you.”
“Don’t worry, just follow me.”
And they did that. They entered the place, and inside it wasn’t neglected at all. It had been clearly remodeled. There was a lot of couches, and a TV in the middle of the room. It was like a big living room.
“By the way... what’s your name?” Asked Oliver, without hiding his wariness. The man must have found that funny, because he let out a laugh, and then said:
“I can’t give you my name, yet... but here, they call me The Boss.”
