Lily readies her stance without replying to Light. Light readies his fist, he gathers everything that he can think of into one single point and creates a black hole sphere. The black hole sphere is only as big as his fist. Light throws the black hole sphere forwards and it shoots towards Lily. 

Lily uses the swords on her back to slices the black hole sphere apart. But as a result, her swords got absorbed and the sphere grows bigger. The black hole sphere explodes, but instead of pushing away everything in its path, the small black sphere expands into a giant, larger one that absorbs everything that it touches and then eventually vanishes into thin air per Light's command. 

Lily's left hand and left leg were caught in the black hole explosion. She swiftly backs away with lost limbs, however, she simply regrows them in an instant. Lily summons millions of her swords and launches them all towards Light. All of the swords flew towards him from every angle possible, but Light just floats there and takes it all. All of her swords were simply absorbed into his whole blackened body. 

Light flies towards Lily amidst the millions of swords bombarding him. He opens his palm midway and began pulling Lily in towards his hand. Lily was pulled forcefully. She summons layers of her clock-shield in front of her to stop herself from being pulled in. 

Eventually, the clocks that she summoned were also absorbed into Light's hand. Light has successfully pulled in and grabs Lily on his palm. He grabbed her on her face.

"Lily-san, explain what happened!"

Lily didn't respond.

"Staying silent won't get us anywhere. Tell me! Didn't we agree that I will help you till the end?"

"You are the reason that Mi-chan died!"

"Mi-chan?"

"If it wasn't for your meddling. . .MI-CHAN WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN HERE RIGHT NOW!!!"

"CALM DOWN LILY-SAN! It's what the facility wanted! They put you through horrible stresses so you can grow into a powerful Believer! I've seen the reports!"

"SILENCE!"

Lily summons her sword and suddenly stabs her own neck.

"WHAT?!"

Light lets go of his hold in response. Lily pulls out her sword and rewinds her neck injury immediately.

"Lunehart-san, you are too naïve!"

Lily resummons the swords behind her back but this time, the size of each sword was massive that they can cut a tall building with one slash. She aims them towards Light and launches them with unbelievable speed. 

Light charges forward. Each of the giant swords hit him but he didn't even faze during this state as the giant swords were simply absorbed into his body. 

Light readies his palm. Lily was absorbed directly into his fist. Lily cannot manipulate time as well because Light is also absorbing time around her. He shoves his palm on Lily's belly and he also uses his Reverse black hole on her, point-blank. He blows a hole in her stomach.

"(I can't win. . .)"

Lily was launched downwards and instantly crashes on the city's road.

"(Even in this state, I still cannot win. . .)"

The impact creates a giant crater on the city's road below.

"(I'm so pathetic. . .)"

Light descends quickly towards Lily whose still lying in the center of the crater.

"(I am not even fighting against that man. . .)"

Light readies his fist.

"(What's the point of my Faith power?)"

Lily is still lying on the crater with a hole in her stomach when she saw Light is coming down towards her.

"(I couldn't even protect the one thing that I ever cared about in this world. . .)"

"Get ready, Queen of Time!" said Light as he almost reaches Lily.

"(I. . .hate myself! I curse my pathetic self!)"

Lily's appearance suddenly changes. Everything about her was inverted in color. Her clothing is no longer white but black. Her hair and eye colors are now oranges. Her swords and clocks are now also oranges. Lily was consumed by overwhelming negativity.

"What?! This is. . .!"

Light knows what is happening to Lily. 

This is Berserker state. It is a state that can only happen to a Believer. When someone curses or rejects their own self and fate, overwhelming negativity will take over their self. The visuals of their Faith power become inverted in colors. They completely lost their mind. They only move purely by instinct. There is no way to revert someone who goes into a Berserker state into normal again. It is said that once a Believer becomes a Berserker, there is no other path except death. The body will keep moving and attacking everything they came across until their own body gave up and they will die shortly after. Since they have no conscience during the state, they will pass away without ever knowing the final moment of their life.

Light lands and throws his punch towards Lily. Lily disappeared from the spot. 

From above, Light notices a bright orange radiance and he looks up.

"LILY-SAN, STOP!!" Light shouts at what he sees.

Lily faces the other way above in the sky and summons thousands of giant orange swords that are almost as tall as buildings in the city. The giant orange swords are covering the city's sky with their blades aiming down towards the city. 

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

Lily launches thousands of her gigantic orange swords towards the city below.

Light warps towards Lily in an instant and reappears behind Lily. He emits a gigantic gravitational pull that only affects time and Lily herself. The lineups of the giant swords are decreasing as each sword were disintegrated and pulled towards his blackened body when they were shot from the sky. 

Before Light emitted his gravitational pull, Lily moved away from her spot through pure instinct and unfair reaction time. 

From the distance, Lily summons her giant orange sword. She points it towards Light and an orange beam of light shoots out of it. As Light is currently absorbing time on a massive area, her beam of orange light travels at a faster rate than she intended. When the beam of light was about to come into contact with Light's blackened body, it explodes in a massive radius. The explosion, however, was visually weak. What Lily shot was her time-destroying ability. 

Currently, the entire city is lacking the concept of time itself. Light also loses his hold over time.

"(It's this ability again. It seems she can only use it during Second State as she never uses it last night.)"

As time itself is gone, the time stop upon the city also disappears. People have begun to walk normally and cars drive normally again, but Light witnesses something weird.

"Uuhh, when do I get to cross the road again?"

"Mommy, when will the store open?"

"Uuh, how long does it take to cross the road during red light?"

"Hmm, I don't know how to count how much longer it is until lunch break's over."

People in the city were confused. They lost their sense of time. Their brain cannot calculate "time". Chaos kicks in right before Light's eyes.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRGGGGGGHHHH!! IT HURTS!!"

"HEEELLLLPPPP!!!"

"SOMEONE HELLPP!!"

People were confused and screaming as they lack their capability to calculate time. Some people began to cough blood and eventually fall to the ground. Some people walk limply due to their brain cannot calculate how much time is needed to operate muscles, blood transfer, etc. Some people were mentally broken out of nowhere. Many people walk with empty stares and act like they are mentally disabled. 

It gets worse. People started dying out of nowhere. Some people grow old in matters of second and dies immediately. Some people grow younger but only at certain body parts and become physically deranged. Tall buildings are collapsing as part of them disintegrated into dust. Parts of the roads are disappearing creating holes that cause cars that pass by to crash and kill the drivers and the passengers inside. 

 The entire city screams as agonizing as it could be. The very sight of people dying over lack of time was occurring right in front of Light. This all creates very chaotic and apocalyptic scenery. Just in a matter of seconds, the city is in a state of a post-apocalyptic world.

"(HOW DO I STOP THIS?!)" Light tensed up.

He focuses on Lily.

"(I have to save her first!)"

Light creates a giant black hole sphere on his palm. He shot the sphere towards Lily intending to limit her movement. 

Despite the lack of time in the area, Lily generates time on her own and manipulates it, and she disappeared from his sight. 

Lily reaches Light as if she teleported. She also creates more time and forms them into two giant orange swords and slices Light from two different sides. Light emits his gravitational pull towards Lily. He took the hit and was not fazed while he has successfully grabbed Lily by the neck on his right hand. 

Lily's giant orange swords were absorbed into his blackened body. Light summons the Sword of Purification on his free hand.

"(I should've done this sooner. . . It's my fault!)" Light blames himself for what happened to the city.

Light stabs Lily in the chest with the Sword of Purification.

"(3. . .)"

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" Lily rages and struggles to get away from Light.

"(2. . .)"

Lily generates orange swords in all directions and shoots them endlessly.

"(. . 1!)"

The Sword of Purification emits a blindingly bright light and it forms a giant dome of light in the sky, trapping the two of them inside.

The Sword of Purification has another use. If you stab someone with the sword and it stays for three seconds, the Sword of Purification will transform into bursts of holy light and forms a dome of light that traps both the holder of the sword and the person who was stabbed by the sword. 

Inside the dome of light, the holder of the sword will transfer their consciousness into the heart of the person who was stabbed. The dome of light is impenetrable by all means and will not break apart until the sword holder saves the victim from their negativity. This method is called 'Restoration'.

Light enters Lily's heart.
